I've had my brand new car for less than 2 years and already had to have the motor replaced. Chevrolet has done nothing to extend the warranty regarding that. Service department is frequently short and More

Jennifer, we were able to hear the noise you described, however did not have ample time to find it. If you call to schedule an appointment let one of my team know you need a loaner vehicle while yours is here and we can gladly schedule that for you. They have to be requested at that time to ensure there is one here an available as I only have a few at my disposal. My apologies on the extension of any warranty on the vehicle, that is all done at the GM level and we at the dealer level have no control of that. Please feel free to reach out and get an appointment scheduled with a loaner and we can get the noise handled.
