I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2025 GMC Sierra Denali from John Thornton Cadillac GMC, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Luke Darby, my salesman, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, making sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Mr. Glass was very professional. He is a "Go Getter". I was waiting to have my vehicle service and he can to the waiting area and introduced himself and offered me a deal of a lifetime. He made me feel comfortable trading in my 2023 Chevy Silverado for a 2025 GMC Sierra. I was skeptical due to the fact that the vehicle had just been in an accident and I though I would loose a lot on the deal. He was interested in what I was looking for in a truck and ensured me that he could make it happen. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles he showed me and I chose the 2025 GMC Sierra. The entire experience with him was tremendous. I will seek out him for my next purchase!

I had a great experience with a dealership I found online. I reached out through their inquiry page, and Dino, one of their representatives, quickly responded with a friendly email. I shared my questions and requirements, and he was incredibly helpful and responsive. He really went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth experience. I didn’t end up buying a Cadillac, but I left with a fantastic impression of them. If I ever need a Cadillac, I know exactly where to go and who to talk to. Their electronic document management system was top-notch, which helped us close the financing process quickly. Dino followed up with me several times after the sale to check on the car and make sure everything was going well. He’s definitely one of the nicest people in the industry. I had a great working relationship with all of them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car.

I would not recommend this dealership. Very dishonest people working there. My car was torn up in the storm and these people offered to bring car to me, First the financial paper was not correct as they were charging me more than we agreed so I refused to sign. I had been told over the phone car was in excellent condition and the tires are a "two" according to the local tire place, The sales person was going to work on this and has put me off for two weeks and today announced we are done. I still cannot find out why the tires are this bad to begin with as the car only had 35k miles and the sales person says they passed inspection. What kind of inspection would pass these tires. I called corporate after trying to get answers from management and they refused to return my call, I definitely would not recommend them. Horrible customer service!

Misdiagnosed problem on my Cadillac. Tried to sell me more parts that were NOT defective. Then it took nearly two MONTHS to get my refund. Couldn't get call backs. Operator refused to transfer me to dealership manager!! Have dealt here for several years. Will NOT return there for many reason!! Buying elsewhere.
