This was my first and last time I will ever use Heritage Cadillac. I called in on June 17, 2026 to make an appointment for the following day. I needed my wheel repaired, tire replaced, and needed someone to check on my telecommunications/Onstar Module because I was having issues with connectivity. I was told by the person on the phone that they only do wheel work on Friday, so if I wanted to wait for the car, It would be better to bring the car then. I told her that was no problem. My wife brings the car on Friday the 19th and is told that they always keep EVs overnight. That would have been good information to know when I made the appointment… They provide a rental so we are fine with it. Hertz gives me a Hyundai Sante Fe after making me wait for an hour to get a car. And then they call me back the following morning to tell me I have to drive 30 minutes back to their office because GM wont pay for a non-GM rental. I am xxxxxx but I drive back over there anyway. The following Monday, I have to constantly call just to get an update on my car. Finally, I am told that the issue is the telecommunications module, which I already knew, and that part was on back order. I told them that was fine. Just order the part and I will bring the car back when the part arrives. I asked if the rim and tire has been repaired? I was told the tire would be their on Tuesday morning on the truck. That was prefect because we were going out of town Tuesday afternoon, and I did not spend nearly 70k on a car to drive a base model Chevy Blazer. Tuesday morning I am told the truck was late, and then I am told that their wheel guy wont be back until Friday. I said that was fine. Ill just get the car when I return from my trip. I called Saturday Morning, and they still have not touched the vehicle. They have had my car for 7 days and 2 Fridays, and could not be bothered to repair a rim nor change a tire. The communication is horrendous. I will never be back here again. Everytime you call the information is different. Then they call back and say that the vehicle is actually ready for pick up. If you think the incompetence is over, unfortunately, there is more. I arrive to the dealership and even though they called me and said it was ready, they seemed unsure about it. Once they sorted that out. They did presented me with a $500 bill. I have a service plan through Fidelity. That information was provided when I made the aapointment, and once my wife dropped the vehicle off. They were given all of the information they need. Now I have to wait again while they sort that out. I am guessing they didnt procceess the claim or document any of this in their system. Unfortunately, their incompetence still isnt done. I get to Hertz to drop of the rental car and they did not extend the rental terms so I was presented with yet another bill. It is not my fault that I was given 3 seperate ETAs that were incorrect. We had this trip planned for months. This was my first and hopefully last time dealing with Heritage Cadillac Service Department. More

The vehicle is now inoperable and requires costly repairs estimated between $6,000–$8,000. The vehicle has repeatedly stalled, would not drive above 40 mph, and vibrates excessively, creating unsafe driving conditions. I was forced to pull over in traffic due to these issues. I am no longer willing to repair or keep this vehicle. I made multiple attempts to resolve this matter with the dealership, including requests to return or trade the vehicle based on guidance from my lender. I was given conflicting and inaccurate information regarding loan funding, which prevented me from canceling the deal in time. The dealership has failed to respond to my calls and emails, and I have not received promised reimbursements. The lender has also attempted to intervene since February 1, 2026. Despite this, no resolution has been provided. I have since sought assistance from an attorney, Bank of America, and consumer protection agencies. The vehicle was not in acceptable working condition at the time of sale, which is a breach of the implied warranty of merchantability under Georgia law. I purchased a used caddy Dec 8, 2025 and as of today Feb 5,2026 I still have not been able to get a tag and my temporary tag expires in a few weeks. I was told again today that the dealership has failed to provide the necessary paperwork for a tag to be issued. I am about to make my 2nd car payment on a car that has no record of a title, no tag issued yet this dealership had no problem collecting my $5,000 down payment and quickly getting me financed on what amounts to an unsecured loan because the non exitance of a title or paper work being sent to the state. The finance company Cadillac Financial is the "only one" who has been any help to me in this very frustrating matter and understand I hope to pay the car off asap but it impossible to do so at this time. I have called the dealership many many times asking for "management' to call me to discuss the problem and at NO time in the last 2 months have I received a call from them. Yesterday I asked the receptionist if they were getting my request for my calls and she said "oh yes mam I give them each one and I guess they just got busy or forgot" I am 83 years old with heart issues and high blood pressure and the stress of dealing with this dealership has been unbearable but I have no choice but to continue on my own to deal with this problem and I will not give up. I chose to purchase my car there solely because they were the only dealer in Atlanta with the used vehicle in the color I wanted. CarMax and Carvana did not. My interest in the car was never in question, and the salesperson simply made superficial efforts to engage me and more importantly to explain the novel features of the car. OnStar was not even mentioned until I arrived to pick up the car. I also doubt the salesperson would recognize me today since this entire interaction felt comparable to checking out at a grocery store. The goal seemed to be to simply complete the transaction quickly with as many add ons as possible. Again, the experience was neither especially good nor especially bad. I went to Heritage for a specific car, not because I expected a distinctive dealership experience. More

Car towed in for "Engine Malfunction" code, motor was cleaned and code wasn't checked, vehicle still waiting to be "looked at" it's a shame the quality of service provided by Cadillac, especially when it considers itself a prestigious brand. Service advisor promised a loaner vehicle and if one wasn't available, they would rent us a vehicle....neither has happened and acts like he doesn't know why the vehicle was brought in. More

BUYERS BEWARE! ! DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership!!! I purchased a $30,000 2020 Hyundai palisade from this location less than 72 hours ago and within l ! I purchased a $30,000 2020 Hyundai palisade from this location less than 72 hours ago and within less than 24 hours the speedometer was not working so I have absolutely no idea how fast I’m going while driving (picture below shows it stuck at 0 while I was on the highway!) and there’s major transmission issues. Of course it test drove perfectly, but now I am already stuck on the side of the road! After contacting the dealership, they are refusing to do anything about it. I’m not looking to return the vehicle, all I’m asking for is transparency and for them to fix the issues so that my vehicle is functional. Again, they could care less. 5months pregnant with two toddlers stuck waiting for a tow truck on the side of the road after spending $20,000 in cash with $10,000 financed and I have no car within less than three days! DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAM ARTISTS! More
