From the start, we did advise that there was a backlog for EV diagnostics, which can require additional time due to the complexity of these systems. We understand that the overnight stay was unexpected, and we apologize if that was not clearly communicated during the initial scheduling. Regarding the rental experience, while we work closely with our rental partners, their policies and vehicle availability are outside of our direct control. That said, we do take your concerns seriously and will address this situation with them to help prevent similar issues in the future. In terms of communication, our records show that our service advisor made multiple attempts to keep your household informed throughout the process. We understand that the timing and consistency of updates did not meet your expectations, and we will continue working to improve in this area. The delay in repairs was due to several factors, including extended warranty authorization requirements (which involved multiple photo submissions), parts and vendor scheduling for the wheel repair, and the process required through GM technical support for module-related concerns. These steps, while sometimes time-consuming, are necessary to ensure repairs are completed properly and covered when applicable. We also regret the inconvenience related to the billing and rental extension at pickup. That experience is not reflective of the standard we aim to deliver, and we understand how that added to your frustration. While we respect your decision, we are disappointed that your first experience with us did not reflect our commitment to our customers. I have no faith that my request for information concerning this matter will be dealt with from Management, I have purchased many cars in my 83 years but have to admit I have always dealt with Capitol Cadillac in Marietta or Nally Lexus in the past and ALWAYS was treated with respect any issues resolved in a timely manner and will regret as long as I own the Cadillac I purchased from this dealership the worst decision I ever made.
