Very dreary place. The second I walked in the whole atmosphere and attitude was just dreary. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor just by helping me. The guy claiming he was an owner seemed like he's taken one too many steroids and the short guy behind the desk definitely needs to take a xanex or three. The cars seemed so so, barely, in fact a lot of them had fresh repaints and I'm curious if they are wreck redo's or what. Me and my family looked around for a bit but just felt so unwelcome we left without even test driving anything. Take your money elsewhere, their stuff just isn't worth the trouble.

Charles and his crew were outstanding in handling my no pressure auto purchase. From paperwork to mechanics and delivery every aspect was fast and efficient. The lot is small and unpretentious but the customer service I received was the best I have experienced. I generally purchase new cars, but if all used car salesmen operated like Sharp Motors their reputation would be much improved. If I need another used car, my first stop would be Sharp Motors. My car had no guarantee but Charles' stated policy is to give priority service to customers if necessary.

No one likes having car trouble, but when the problem is resolved like mine was, somehow the inconvenience melts away. My situation was a misfiring issue with a 2003 Sebring convertible which I had purchased a few weeks earlier. It was annoying and I wanted it fixed quickly.<br><br>The first thing I saw in the dealership was an accommodating attitude. I had come in on Friday and they were pretty much all booked through the next day, Saturday. However, Skip graciously squeezed me in. So, early the next morning I returned to their dealership and waited in their guest lounge, a nice sized room with ample and comfortable seating, good reading-lighting, and a TV set that, to be honest, needed some adjusting. Sometime before noon I saw another attribute, honesty. Because they had not been able to pinpoint the problem, Skip suggested I bring the car back during the week for further diagnostics with their regular crew. Except for an oil and filter change, $25.50, I was not charged for their work. During this trip I met Dean, who seemed to be one of those guys who keeps the service wheels humming, and I discovered that we had several things in common, including a fondness for sailing and a love of God and country. Here is a man with a heart to serve others, and I got the feeling the whole dealership was like him.<br><br>Wednesday of the next week I was back. Leslie was my service advisor and in a couple of hours my car was all fixed up. The solution? A new set of plugs and wires. I appreciated being able to speak with the mechanic who did the work, as he answered some of my higher level technical questions. One last thing I should tell you, which turned out to be a very pleasant surprise and a wonderful way to cap a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Leslie told me that because of an error in recording my mileage on the first visit, they had calculated my invoice based on it being under warranty. Since this was their error they would leave it that way. My bill was $75, instead of what would apparently have been $300.<br><br>As a footnote, I stumbled across this website by happenstance, but it is my belief this was no coincidence. Poor experience. In my opinion, their pricing is deceptive. Was interested in a 2024 Subaru. Good listed price on their site with normal tax/reg plus a dealer/doc fee of $950 which is common, no problem. Then they pulled out another $3000 price increase on top of the doc fee. So almost 4k total with items like fabric protection (on a used car) and nitrogen tire fill. None of that was disclosed on their site that I could find. Their listed price might show up as a "great deal" on sites, but it's nowhere near the price when you actually get the sheet. Unfortunate that we still have to deal with that style of business practice. I walked away from them and this might help save you time as well or at least give you a heads up on what to expect.

After shopping for about a week and a half, I feel that i got lucky when i walked into Sunshine Auto....talk about a friendly greeting....the children were both given balloons and popcicles while we walked through their nice inventory...different types of cars in all price ranges...knowlegable,polite, and friendly staff that made us feel welcome and relaxed.....no high pressure sales tactics here....financing was our biggest worry, whereas we were told we couldnt get approved by all the other dealers we went to, but just like the salesman said"thats why i have white hair, so that you dont have to worry about that part"...sure enough, in a short period of time, they had us approved on several really nice vehicles and WE got to choose which one we wanted.....we were not forced to put down all of our money and our payment is within OUR budget...THANK YOU SUNSHINE AUTO, and "Beau the WonderDog" was great too...he kept the kids entertained so we could buy our car....we"d recommend Sunshine to everyone thats tired of the usual used car dealed B.S......these guys care

Went to dealer to buy a car. Because I would not take the car the wanted me to, they repeately ran my credit in the ground. While I was there, young lady came in said they reposssessed her car for $25 late fee. Police suggested they give it back but they had stolen all her belonging from her car. These people are no good and low down.

Saturday, 01/26/13, I traded my 2000 Jeep, for your 2006 Jeep Commando,(which is nice), after purchasing this vehicle, I realized with the help of my credit union pulling up the NADA that I was overcharged and didn't get the full benefit for my trade in.Nada show for a 2006 Commando,12,125; rough trade,$7225, ave trade, $8325, clean trade,9225, so now I feel cheated, with this overall with everything should hv end with me being finance $16000, not me end of paying 23,000 or more. So my credit union want finance me because I was over charge. If they,'re not willing to finance my vehicle @ a low interest rate, what you think the bank or whoever you get to finance this vehicle I purchased? That 7percent rate that we did in the contract might end up being, higher & I lose again. I guess I should have done my homework with this company. I'm disappointed right now in this company & myself for not doing my homework.

soemtimes things get missed, these are used vehicles...and they sell as iss..that being said, i have NEVER had a serious issue with any of the three vehicle i have purchased fromt hem over the years..price is a bit high but to be expected..and any time there is an issue it gets fixed for a fair price (sometimes below fair) mark is an exellent mechanic who cares about the vehicles. and dennis will do anything he can to help you get a vehicle, along with greg and the others they really make u feel like family there..i would STRONGLY recomend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle...
