i highly advice ANYONE looking for a used car to stay away from these two legged rats.. they steal, they will fool you with the cars but at the end their cars are a piece of crap.. too nice outside and inside weit for the problem to come not to0 long after purchuse. n if by any means you get one of their cars dont make the mistake of taking to their mechanics.. they are young, underpay and super unexperince.. they will make the problem worst.. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS DEALER!! The following is a copy of a complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau against this dealership: Complaint Description: Salesman misrepresented condition of car & didn't disclose nature of accident damage/details of report when specifically asked on the phone to do so. This car is advertised on the internet as: "All vehicles are inspected and serviced by certified technicians. Visit Credit Cars at 4500 W. Colonial Drive in Orlando, FL or call 407-295-6211 for more information". 12-30-2014: I spoke with the salesman, Odeen Kearse, at length with questions before I came in to view a White 2006 Scion XB, VIN #JTLKT334850198144. I asked if the vehicle was "beat up"? He said the car was clean & was a rental car. I told him other dealers lied to me about the condition of cars before I visited them, & I didn't want to waste my time with worn interiors or beat up body panels. He said the car was in an accident. I asked what type & was the accident in the front or rear? He said he didn't know. I asked if he had a Carfax? He said he had an Autocheck, so I asked him to email it to me. He said he couldn't do that, but could fax it. I don't have a fax, so I asked him if there were any problems on the Autocheck? He said there were "no problems with the Autocheck". I asked him again to verify the condition of the car before I made a long drive there. He said the car was in good condition & clean--not to worry--I would be taken care of. He advised to "be careful because it was raining" while I drove to the dealer. I found the following defects upon inspecting the car: 1.Windshield was not original & the top edge of the roof paint where the windshield meets the roof was gouged & rusted (bad install job); 2.Inside the car, the right upper windshield seal material was poorly installed & dried showing an "oozed out" seal; 3.Overspray paint was on the front grille & both headlights (bad repaint job); 4.Right headlight had chipped paint around it & body panels didn't quite match up (I suspected this was impact area of accident); 5.Other body damage found: Either paint chips or light scratches around LFront headlight, on both bumpers & ALL body panels except RFront & LFront doors, LFront fender, RRear quarter panel, Rside running board; 6.I turned the headlights on-they worked-but I turned them off/on again, & RFront headlight didn't work; 7.Driver's seat belt was severely twisted & wouldn't set properly; 8.All seats & driver's door panel had cigarette burn mark holes; 9.LRear carpet had 7" cut; 10.The jack tool said "03 Kia Spectra" on it (not the Scion XB original jack); 11.Tire lug wrench/jack tool was missing; 12.Head liner was stained; 13.One license plate bulb wasn't working-the other bulb worked; 14.Fuel door would not open--I couldn't check gas cap; 15.Hatch door interior & cargo area had significant scratches. I pointed out these defects to Odeen, he tried to dismiss them & said, "it's a used car" & they are minor issues, but said he would fix the RFront headlight, the seatbelt & fuel door. I didn't look underneath or test drive the car. By this time, the dealer was closing for the night. I asked to see the Autocheck report,& he gave me a copy. I drove home & found the following on the report: A)Overall score=33 (out of 35-58 range); B)5 owners; C)Negative title or other problem(s) can indicate serious damage or other significant problems & disqualifies the car for Autocheck Buyback Protection--detail showed one reported accident with frame/unibody damage in the RIGHT FRONT CORNER; D)Specific vehicle use(s) or events reported--detail showed fleet, rental or lease records; E)Repossessed records--detail showed two title repossessions. I called Odeen the next day with what I found on the report & was irate when I asked why didn't he tell me these things before I came in? He said "As a salesman, we don't go through the report & give details." However, he read enough of the report to tell me it had one accident & it was a rental car. Yet he clearly omitted damaging information on the Autocheck report & misrepresented the condition of the vehicle. He did this all the while knowing I would be driving +80 miles one way on the rain & accident-ridden highways along the way to the dealer in Orlando, FL. Your Desired Resolution: The salesman, Odeen Kearse, asked what he could do to earn my business or remedy this matter? I told him I would never buy a car from him or waste any more time with this dealer. I told him the best remedy he could implement is to not lie to any other customer ever again & promise me that he would answer customer questions honestly with full disclosure about vehicles they are interested in before customers ever visit the dealer. He offered to have me speak with his sales manager. I told him I already wasted a full day looking at this car which entailed me driving +160miles round trip to Orlando on rain slick roads with accidents & traffic on the way to and from the dealer. I asked why would I want to waste more time talking with a manager when the matter was very clearly explained to Odeen? I asked if I was his family member, would he honestly lure me to drive a long distance in the rain for a frame/unibody damaged vehicle that he told me was in "clean" condition? I told him I was appalled that he had the audacity to say they treat customers like "family". He said he understood & apologized. I told him I would complain to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) & would write a truthful review regarding this matter on dealer rating websites. He was very concerned with me registering a complaint with BBB or writing a truthful, bad review. I told him I want others to be aware of this dealer's practices--particularly because they advertise on their business cards & placards that they are A+ rated with BBB; that they treat customers like "family" with "respect" & perform "multi-point inspections". To summarize, this is what I am seeking: 1) An official, written apology from the dealer acknowledging this matter. Specifically, the apology & acknowledgement letter should address: 1A) The true condition of the vehicle (as indicated in my complaint that details visual defects & functional tests) vs. what they verbally represented as a "clean" car with "no problems with Autocheck". The acknowledgment needs to also indicate an accurate summary account of the unfavorable details of the Autocheck report for this VIN#. To be clear, these are the summary of details from the Autocheck report that are indicated in my complaint above. 1B) The dealer's purposeful neglect to disclose details of the car when specifically asked, particularly regarding the Autocheck report. 2) The dealer is to provide to the BBB (in response to my complaint), a full paper copy of the Autocheck report for this VIN#. 3) The BBB is to scan the Autocheck report that the dealer provides for this VIN# & publish it on the BBB's website under this complaint as an attachment to show proof of my complaint. NOTE: I would attach the Autocheck report if I had it in a digital format, yet I do not have it in a digital format. 4) Full published disclosure of complete details regarding this matter on BBB's website under this dealer's name for anyone to review & be forewarned of this dealer's practices. NOTE: When I called the BBB, I was told that as of about one year ago, the BBB makes complaints visible on their website for anyone to review who may be inquiring about a BBB member. Why this hasn't always been the case is quite alarming, since that would, in essence, be protecting the business from anyone being able to see negative reviews on any given BBB member. This case will be reviewed by a complaint specialist at the Better Business Bureau, and then forwarded to the business for their response. It is our policy to allow the business 30 working days to respond to your complaint. You will be notified when the business has responded.

I came to this place in immediate need of a vehicle they were willing to help me in a vehicle of their choice as I only had 800 down and no credit. As a single mother of 3 children I was desperate and they knew this. I was unable to keep up with the monthly payments of 375 for a vehicle with over 120,000 miles and drove the vehicle back to the lot and along with keys after almost two years of ontime payments before allowing myself to get be behind in payments. Now almost 3 years later they have reported to both transUnion and equifaxfax credit bureau every month that I am defaulted on payments which has made it impossible to get financing to purchase my family a home. This review is to make consumers aware that regardless if you payed every payment on time up until you hit a snag in the road they will destroy your credit every month until they no longer can. This is the worst buy here pay here and do not have the consumers best interest at heart.

Not only was the vehicle I purchased priced below book value, but the offer made for my trade was generous. In fact, Pensacola's own BMW dealership paled in comparison to Diamond Motor Cars in quality, customer service, fairness and above all, integrity. The folks who own and operate this business are truly an asset to the pre-owned automobile industry and to our community. Purchased 2003 Nissan Xterra from Eagle Eye May of 2019. Oil light started blinking within 10 days of driving. Profuse oil leaking in driveway just 2 weeks in. Turns out the gaskets were defective and needed to be replaced. After a 1300 maintenance job, it ran smoothly for a week. The following week the engine completely failed due to misuse and prior abuse. Put less than 500 miles on then vehicle. Tried contacting Eagle Eye for any sort of support. Ignored. Buyer beware.

I finally called them and they recognized my number and told me they didn't bother responding at all because I asked if they were flexible on the price in my first email (because they were $4000+ over KBB value). It seems very rude to me to not at least respond and tell me they were firm on the price. Very poor service in my opinion.

My initial feeling about Excel was class personified. I was at aww at the customer service and look of the dealership. The salesman seemed very knowledgeable. The car history was given and I was told they only deal in well kept cars. The car was a little older but looked, drove, and felt as though it was newer. Upon purchase, I drove it for a couple days before taking it to the BMW dealership because I notice white smoke as I waited for food in the drive through. The dealer came back with a $3 ,500 bill for something I cant recall right now. I drove it for another week before seeing the smoke again. I then took it to a friend of mind who worked for BMW for andxtended period of. He told me that there was an engine issue that was going to cost $10,000 to fix eventually but that it was ok to drive. The white smoke issue he fixed. It costed me another $2000 to fix that. He could see where the dealers did the work they said and felt it was probably needed based on what he saw. I went back to Excel to inform them of all the issues. The attitude was as expected (I had the car, all sells are final, it's yours now). That was 2 years ago. In the pass few months it has been overheating according to the computer. It has been in the shop for times and presently in again. I have spent another $2000 in repairs. My dream car and what I thought was a blessing has made me feel like the fool in the Bible that money will soon depart from him. The car cost me $30K plus. Paid it off recently. After feeling good about paying it off, looks like I may be going back into payments. I very seldom drive the car because I am a disabled veteran and dont have to go out much. Doctors appointments and occasionally to Pompano Beach from Port St. Lucie. Since COVIC I am home. I keep going back to Excel statemrnt of the type of cars they sell and the history report. Maybe my car was an isolated situation.

Anyone bidding on this vehicle at the auction would have been made aware of this. Exclusive Impex, Inc. would have known the extent of this damage. Clearly, the CARFAX report was wrong! Exclusive Impex, Inc. chose to present this car for sale with the condition described in the CARFAX report, knowing it was inaccurate. They chose to mislead potential buyers of this car regarding its actual condition. This behavior is clearly unethical and probably illegal. I recognize that I purchased the car AS IS, meaning as presented. However, the vehicle was not presented with all the information available to Exclusive Impex, Inc, which chose to use the CARFAX report in a way that hid the serious structural damage the car had sustained previously. It’s certain that this car sold at auction at a very low price after the damage was identified for those bidding on the car. I wrote to the owner of Executive Impex, Inc. and requested full disclosure of the damages as well as a partial refund of the purchase price. There has been no response, thus far. I am posting this review to call attention to the unethical and likely illegal behavior of this used car dealership and to alert the unwary to the practice of using inaccurate CARFAX reports to mislead buyers into the purchase of vehicles which are presented as undamaged, but which have sustained severe structural damage. Stay away! - Screwed!

This is going to be a lengthy review. The description of the car in their ad was false. It was listed as excellent windshield, great paint, specifically no dents(as I later noticed, are all their cars). I made a special trip from Ohio to buy the car described in their ad since my almost identical car, which I have driven for years, needed a costly transmission repair. The windshield on this Florida car was cracked the entire width, the paint was awful, many dents and peeling clear coat in multiple places, broken shocks and the trunk looked as if it had been painted with a spray can. Now, this is an older car, so I didn't expect it to be perfect, so we negotiated an acceptable price. I drove off the lot to a nearby gas station, and the car wouldn't accept gasoline! It just blew it back out,so naturally, I took it back. They agreed to fix it and gave me a loaner for 2 days. I was staying in Miami,so it was a big inconvenience to drive the hour plus there, then back 2 days later to a 'sort of' repaired car. On the drive back to Ohio, the sun visor fell off except for 1 screw and the driver side power window quit working. This car is a disaster and my belief is that it is pieces of many cars. It is worth the price of the decent tires, a few hundred dollars instead of the few thousand I paid. MOST IMPORTANT - This transaction was on December 4,2016. Today is January 30,2017 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE TITLE TO THE CAR!! I have called and texted MANY times in the interim, and despite a promise by Wesley, my sales person, still no title, so I can't drive the car or sell it. IT HAS BEEN IN MY DRIVEWAY SINCE THE TEMPORARY TAG EXPIRED ON JAN 3. I would give them a minus 2 stars except that they did send someone to pick me up at the Ft Lauderdale airport and supplied me with a decent loaner car for the 2 day repair. Hence, the 1 star.

I liked the salesman at first. Nice guy. But the truth is he lied to me. When someone lies to your face... hard to accept sometimes. Because you wanted to like the person or place. For example the car was out of alignment causing front tires to be balding round on the sides. Looked like an orange on side of both front tires. I said woah thats bad. He said no thats normal. Yeah. That actually happened. Thats why this review exists now. I mean how stupid or vile do you need to be to tell a stranger that. PS didnt have hesrt to tell him im a 30 years retired mechanic for that brand of vehicle. Dumb xxx. He also was supposed to call me with information. He never called. I asked for basic servicing paperwork because he told me it existed. He sounded like I was inconveniencing him. Still never called back. I was open minded to simply fix the alignment myself but the guy was so difficult I simply drove 15 min down road bought new one few days later. Read other reviews later and saw others saying they had tough time or inventory with problems so they passed too. If he didnt lie and just called me car would have been sold

I bought a BMW from this company after seeing an ad on Craigslist. The car was nicer in person that it appeared from the pictures and video they had online. Scott answered all of my questions over the phone and was extremely professional and helpful in person. I never felt pressured throughout the experience, and the car has been a pleasure to this day. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a good car with no typical used car salesman nonsense being thrown at you. I shopped my car for about three months, and they actually had the lowest priced model within the state. The rest of their inventory seemed pretty close to private party prices as well.

She is phenomenal at providing customer-centric focus and she ultimately earns your trust. Great overall person to work with and know you not getting ripped off, which is rare to say with car sales. This dealer will also go above and beyond. The valet service is something to not take likely. They are truly exceptional and such a time saver. Think about this everyone, being very busy at work, they drive an hour out of their way to pick up your car, leave a loaner, take care of maintenance and when they return.....not only do I receive my car taken care of, they also detail it and fill it full with gas.
