When we telephoned the manager was quite friendly, cooperative and very informative. We were at 99% on closing the deal when they pulled out their greasy (aka pushy) financial manager. He treated us like mathmatically challenged idiots and practically chased after us as we were leaving, begging us to put some money down for him to 'hold' this vehicle so we wouldn't lose it to another customer by the next morning (we told him we had to think it over). Essentially, the first salesman left when he saw we knew what we wanted and were somewhat saavy. This other guy, after knocking off the "$200 warranty" charge AND we offered an additional $500 down (total of $1500), came back and knocked our monthly payments down by a total of.........$2. Yes, I typed that correctly, 2 whole dollars a month, a grand total of $24 a year compared to what was an additional $700 from us. Who would walk away from that??? It was very sad, even traumatic, since we felt we had found the perfect car at a perfect price.
