When at the dealership for service, there is a case manager given for a line of clear communication. Kim Moore has been the best associate that has taken the time to work with me for service. I have had my Karen moments due to previous distrust in my last dealership and being mismatched with another associate that was not the best match for me. This dealership and service department is a must check in with me for a new or used vehicle. The extended warranties' are the best investment that I have made from the dealership. It cost more on the top of the purchase price but they have more than paid for themselves in parts and loaners.

I was very impressed by this location. The sale reps were very friendly with high end customer service. The sale floor rep Hector Pina was extremely pleasant and friendly. He walked us thru the new 2024 Subaru cross trek base model. This location gave us a nice deal and was very quick with the sale on my vehicle and paper work. Highly recommended! And another plus the sale reps are bilingual for Spanish speaker too.

Their price was very competitive, and the condition of the car (even though used) was if it was driven off the showroom floor. We would definitely buy another Mazda from there.

Dennis and staff are amazing. This guy is a great sales person. He tries his hardest to get you the price you want to pay. He doesn't hold anything back. He is straight forward with the pricing. I bought an Audi Q5 and it was amazing for the price he got me. I wanted a little lower payment but he got me to a fair price. I honestly never jump the gun if I don't get the price I want. I am living in Arizona and temporarily in Lakeland helping out family with medical issues. I had to pay taxes in AZ and FL but he explained that there is nothing he could do about it. I still walked out of there with a great vehicle under MSRP. While waiting he even took the time to show me one of the veteran salesmans expensive Audi. I was impressed the employee allowed him too. They detailed my vehicle and gave me all the reports on prior owners, etc. This Sales person is on his way to the top. Thanks Dennis and staff.
