The other dealer hady vehicle over a week and couldn't fix it and quoted me $7k just to change a part to see if they could warranty it, Jacksonville Subaru got me out under warranty same day nothing out of pocket. These guys made me feel at home, helped me, and were professional the whole way. What a great experience! Thank you!

John kept me updated regularly during the search. After a couple weeks, John found me the car I was looking for. John's attention to detail during the purchase and after was outstanding. This is the third car that my wife and I have leased or purchased from Braman BMW Jupiter.. We plan to turn in my wife's leased 2024 X5 in December for a new leased 2027 X5. We will be using Braman BMW Jupiter again for this transaction. We just don't need to look any where else. It’s rare that I leave a review, however, the dealership has certainly earned it. I purchased a low mileage, but older Cadillac from them. They promised to take care of a few details and did so satisfactory. They earned my highest praise, because I discovered an issue with the car after the purchase was complete. Upon returning, they cheerfully agreed to resolve the issue, which I would guess cost them close to $1000 because they had to send it out to another dealer to have the work completed. My sales person, Angel Rivera, was Johnny on the spot and made sure that my every need was successfully met. I would definitely buy from them again.
