He kept me updated throughout the entire process - even towards the end of the day when there were delays that were out of his control. Went today for first schedyled maintance with Toyota care apointment was for 8:30 it was 8:50 and I was still waiting in my car nobedy had come to help until I saw my previous service provider Dante he quickley got everything rolling if he wasnr there I probably would have to wait like 20 more minutes the other people were pretty much ignorning that I was there.

Everyone goes out of their way to be helpful. Gary, in the parts shop, not only found me the right charging cord for my phone in the car, but showed me how to hook it up. Daniel, one of the service people checked on the car, made sure everything was done and was the person who took me to the parts shop and made sure I was taken care of.
