I spent close to $10,000 to have a Mercedes Diesel engine rebuilt and then when it failed fixed again and I still have an engine that leaks oil and does not run as expected. Talking to Noel is an experience and even if you have it written in stone from GOD if he thinks differently then you are wrong and all his friends he has known since he was a kid will back him up... I now have a $10,000 pile of crap and he will not honor his warranty. You decide if you would trust your engine and money with someone like this

Do not buy or take your car to this joke of a dealership. Just add my negative review to one of many on this site. Our two month ordeal with Proctor is too lengthy to really go into detail but just suffice that we attempted to get Subaru North America involved. To no avail. I will not stop until I know I have left negative reviews on every site available after going through what we went through with this unprofessional and unscrupulous dealership. Don Monda didn’t even have the guts to call my husband back after “looking into “our complaint to tell us he wouldn’t be doing anything further for us. He just sent an email. What a coward and joke of a manager. Shame on Subaru and Shame on proctors.

Had to send my college-age student to this dealership to get his 2005 Subaru Legacy repaired. It was making some awful noises and I worried that he might be taken advantage of. Andy from the service department called me with an estimate and explanation of the work to be done. He was smart, courteous, and very thorough. They took great care of my car and my son. We will always take the car there in the future for any needed repairs or work. Thanks, Andy, for a great experience!

The Subaru Dealership in Ft Walton, Florida is awesome!! We were out of town and broke down. They made the whole experience minor in the whole scheme of our trip to see our oldest granddaughter get married. I have only taken my car to the dealership for service since I got my car. I have always gotten great service but the Ft Walton Dealership, Jason went above and beyond great service. This would be a great place to buy a car.

Horrible , dishonest, liars, disrespectful , careless , no accountability , don’t go here stay away you will regret it. My car was towed there after a crazy unexplainable axle failure . My self and my car were treated with the upmost disrespect . They went through my car my glove box my car drives like crap . Their techs will mistreat your car. I had to deep clean my drivers seat because they failed to put the seat cover on the car my car had several scratched from them leaning on the car, tampering with safety feature of my car. ( dash cam) the one tech is straight up shifting my car making noises with my gearbox. I have a brand new 2024 Subaru WRX TR. it’s not a cheap car. They plain just don’t care when I reached out to the service dept all they do is blow smoke up your a$& so they sound good and feel good about themselves. All I got in return was I’m sorry and this won’t be brushed under the rug… sure it won’t buddy ok it’s been several week I got crickets that’s all I got. I wish I could get I. Touch with the owner of the dealership itself I even reached out that the public relations person and nothing back at all. You want a review! Sure they’re horrible dealership stay away from here take it to a reputable Subaru dealership Daytona Subaru isn’t it..

Just purchased our third Subaru from this dealer in the past few years. This time we dealt with Josh Reichbind who was top notch in handling our questions and purchase. He is a asset to this dealer. We came in for a recall installation and ended up with a new Subaru!
