Every time I interact with any employee of this company, I am impressed with their kindness and professionalism. Over the 4 years I have owned a 2017 Nissan Rogue, I have dealt with the parts department and the service department. Working with Darren as my service consultant was a pleasure. He explained everything that needed to be done for my 60,000 check up and suggested the most important things to take care of first. I will go back periodically to get the other things done to spread out the costs. My oil change and multi-point inspection were done quickly so my wait time was kept to a minimum. As I was about to leave, I thought to ask if my spare had been checked and when he realized that it had not, he did it himself and filled it with the appropriate amount of air. It is a true pleasure to work with all the folks at Jenkins Nissan of Leesburg.

I had such a great experience at Autonation Collision Center. Michael took care of me and my car every step of the way. He kept me updated throughout the entire process - even towards the end of the day when there were delays that were out of his control. I really appreciated his sense of professionalism. 10/10 would recommend and would return (hopefully I don't have to!). My car looks as good as new.

I took my car to my regular dealership because the low pressure for tire sensor was on. John Mendonca could see plainly that there was a screw just on the outer side of the tire. He said he would have to order me a new tire because my brand on the car was not in stock. This was on Tuesday August 6th. We set an appointment for that upcoming Friday to have it replaced. He pointed out that I had tire hazard coverage, something that I was not aware of. Saved me time and money and they filled the tire up to a level I could still drive it till Fridays appointment. He was very courteous and professional and friendly. Even gave me a time frame I would be waiting on Friday. As always this dealership and it's employees went the extra mile to accommodate me. I am a Nissan buyer for Life!
