My wife and I love Mazdas, but we've never cared for their dealerships. Brought my wife's Miata for service in mid April and never received any requests for feedback on the service received. Front desk people are nice, but they can only do so much. The new location is far better than the old one in St. Pete, but their service levels are still meh.
Unfortunately, Mazda Corporate seems not to care about the service their dealers provide and we don't have many Mazda dealer choices. I guess that unless you buy a luxury vehicle nowadays, the service you may expect from the mainstream car brands dealerships is subpar. Hey Mazda, by the way, a "free" lollipop will only do the trick of changing the perception on a subject on little kids, not on educated adult consumers. That's not to mention that the way this 'Dealer Rater' review option is worded only allows a Yes/No option to either recommend the dealer or not. With no other options for Mazda in this part of Florida. I guess the only option is to recommend.
