The young man that came to replace my radiator reservoir was nice, polite and on time. The week prior we did an oil change and noticed the leak. When he came to replace the reservoir, I asked if he could show me where the leak was once he took it out. Not a problem. Very professional, respectful of my vehicle and time. The convenience of having someone come to you is also amazing. I would definitely recommend Anto Nation Mobile Services.

Long story short…. Bought used Mazda 3 in VA Beach. Motor seized less than 3 mos. later. It was assigned to Savannah and within a couple of weeks, a new engine is getting dropped in it at no charge to me. Thanks to Savannah, Noah, the shop supervisor, and the rest of the Daytona Mazda Service Team for your relentless pursuit of customer satisfaction. Not enough stars in the Milky Way! :-)

I couldn’t be happier with my latest experience buying another Mazda from Mazda of Wesley Chapel. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. The dealership is always clean, comfortable and inviting. A very special shout out to my sales consultant, Charlie Epting Jr. Charlie went above and beyond showing me different trims of the CX 90. He spent hours going over all the features and options. He answered all of my questions and worked diligently to make sure I was happy with my choice. Charlie worked hard to make sure the purchase transaction was simple and even helped with transferring my belongings from my CX 9 to my new CX 90. I also had positive interactions with Abdullah Tamari during the actual purchase transaction. Abdullah was friendly and easy to talk to. He was organized and detail oriented. He took time and explained all of the specifics of the paperwork, ensuring that I understood exactly what I was signing. I have stopped at the dealership since my purchase and was warmly greeted by Charlie. He asked if I was still happy with my purchase and asked if I had any questions regarding my new CX 90. He reiterated that he is always available should I have any questions or problems with my new Mazda. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Mazda of Wesley Chapel and when I do, I will look for Charlie and Abdullah to guide me through the process again. I could never thank them enough for their kindness, professionalism and time. Charlie and Abdullah are what makes customers want to come back!

Sandy Sansing Mazda in Pensacola is the best! I recently had service done on my CX-70 and as usual, I received the best customer service and the best service on my car. Annie in the service department was wonderful and really took care of me. She kept me up to speed on everything going on with my car, and made sure everything was completed, even recall fixes. Where do I begin! - Black24Mazda

Where do I begin!!! Set up an appointment on 11/27/24 to have 2 issues looked at on my Mazda 3. Issue 1) passenger side of the trunk deck lid was not flush with the fender (whereas the driver side was). Issue 2) was a stumble/stutter with the transmission between 40-50 mph. I asked if I could physically show someone the deck lid, but no one wanted to see what I was talking about. The tech compared the deck lid to another car without involving me, and in the notes put that the gap was “WITHIN TOLERANCE” and THEY found similar vehicles having the same issue. As far as issue 2) They only drove my car (if they even did at all) 2 miles, hooked it up to a scan tool and in the video inspection the technician basically was wanting to blame the shutter in the transmission on the KN air filter I had installed. Overall, I left the dealership upset and feeling like nobody wanted to answer my questions. With this being said, I TOOK MY CAR TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP WHO FIXED THE ISSUE WITH THE TRUNK GAP!!!! It just needed to be realigned that was it. Also the same dealership’s master tech drove my car just over 8 miles and said that what I was experiencing was indeed a normal operating condition.

Got detailed video from technician with all points of inspections. They gave me complementary service for any inconvenience I had last time. It is important to show customers that this dealership will take care of its customers. Thank you.

I was told online 800 down I get there about a hour in it changes to 1400 down then 2 hrs in they take my check stubs from me to make copies and when the salesman returns he tells me the owner said I can put 2000 down so if I want the car I need to come up with more money...by now I have already paid for the insurance and the tax tag and title and just about to pay the down payment...the worst thing of all I paid uber 70 dollars to get there and I had to pay another 124 to get home after being there for 4 hours and not getting a car. I am so disappointed and now I have to wait another 2 weeks to try some where else cause of all the money spent on uber's.

Rating because of customer service. Upon returning to body shop because of loud scraping at my bumper area, All it would've taken would've been "sorry, we forgot to tighten up the plastic shield." Instead he insinuated I must have hit something on the way home. Wouldn't go back if future needs of body work.
