He kept me updated throughout the entire process - even towards the end of the day when there were delays that were out of his control. The pricing was very reasonable, and they were transparent about the costs when bundling services. The staff was attentive and accommodating, working with my schedule to get the service done. I drive a KIA Sportage SX as my commuter car, and it's been running smoothly with regular maintenance. I trust Jackson KIA to handle everything professionally, and if any issues arise, they take responsibility and fix them. That's what really matters to me.

My purchase of a new 2023 Kia Sportage SX in early June of 2022 was smooth and efficient at only 2 hours as I had already researched and test-driven models. I put a lot of miles on my cars (100K on this one) so regular maintenance is a must. I may do oil changes elsewhere during travel, and will install engine and cabin filters myself, but the dealer service has been outstanding and reliable so I use them often. Also, the continuity of the service advisor, Harry Parmar, has tracked recommended service items I had deferred on the previous visit.
