After picking up our car which was in service for 2 weeks, Michael Cabrera was oblivious whoever left and stored filthy Land Rover car mats and a sun visor in the trunk of our Jaguar Ftype. He didn’t care! We went back to the dealership to return them!!
The car when completed for service for 2 weeks was very dirty inside.
Unprofessional, poor correspondence.
In addition, our first loaner car he gave us an awful wrangler Jeep. We had to swap it.
He then demanded we give it back car to swap another car. We couldn’t, we were out of town. He was very unpleasant about this.
We called Enterprise, and they told us it was okay.
We eventually gave back the loaner to swapped another car with a different service rep.
Not a good experience here at a high end dealership.
We purchased 3 vehicles here in the past, and sadly had an unprofessional service rep.
