I would like to point out about a Service Advisor ADRIAN SANDERS
With a bad knee and on crutches came out to help me I felt bad for him knowing what he is going through. I had called the day before to schedule a appointment but when I showed up early the Gentlemen said you do not have anything with us. He called to have someone come to help me and it was ADRIAN SANDER after we spoke took all of my information and walked around the car with a tablet taking pictures of the car for any damage to the car before it was taken back.I told him great idea for them and the customer. While the car was taken back I notice on my phone someone had send out three pictures of my rims.When the car came out myself and ADRIAN SANDERS took a look at what was sent to me one of the rims was very bad so when I purchase the car I had bought an extra package for the tires and the rims and other things if needed. It was so nice not to have to explain my side of everything I just asked ADRIAN SANDERS to please look up where I had purchased the car and after he read everything he said it will be taken care of for me. So nice to have someone to help you and not have to to try to explain everything again and again.
I have spoke with a nether manger since everything and explained to him I have two more rims that needs to be replaced. And he said the three picture are of the same rim. I was at a Doctors office when we spoke I walked around the car and took pictures of all my rims and there is two left. i would have never said anything until they had brought it to my attention about them in your service center. I know that everything is put on car fax when a car has been serviced and I don"t what to go against the SANTA FA. But in no way was this brought to my attention other service that sent it to my phone.
We have bought two cars from you and will only come to your Dealership in Ocala because you stand up for your customers that means a lot in to days world
