When in for an oil change car was inspected after done drove the car home and when I got home notice my car had a big scratch on the right side bumper went back to the dealer to speak to the general manager Francisco Diaz Rivas to show what had happened to my car when it was in service. He was not helpful at all. He said that once you take you car out of the lot they are not responsible. It’s a shame that i would receive this service when this is a high end dealer. I asked to see pictures that were taken during the inspection and to show them that there was no scratches when I took it in. I spoke the the advisor Sally and I ask to show me the pictures that where taken when the car was dropped of clearly there was no damage however she insisted that the damage was there and that the camera didn’t capture it good because of the pixel on the tablet were not good In other words I was given excuses not to show that there was no damage when the car was dropped off . I also requested to see the cameras and she stated they didn’t have access to it. You would expect a great experience at dealer but that was not the case. The worst experience ever. Now my car is damage and they said they cannot do anything for me. Never doing business from this dealer again. Make sure you keep an eye open when doing business with them.

They were very attentive, courteous, and informative throughout the whole process. Jovie kept me updated on the status of my car, explained the details of the repairs, and answered all my questions patiently. He also arranged a complimentary loaner vehicle for me, which was very convenient and appreciated. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work done on my car. It runs smoothly and looks great. Took them a week to replace a bumper they estimated to take one day. Did not contact me to inform me repairs would take longer and did not return half of my phone calls. Did not appreciate the general attitude of Mr. Woods or his supervisor. Courtesy driver was quite nice.

I had blown roof speakers in my 2020 RDX. Rick got it taken care of pretty quickly but I nearly took a star off for having to call back after about four business days to check what the plan was. If I could, I'd give 4.5 stars. He was going to check into how the speakers could be removed. He did a great job once committed to the task. Two roof speakers were replaced at no charge and it only took a few minutes in the waiting room.

I spent close to $10,000 to have a Mercedes Diesel engine rebuilt and then when it failed fixed again and I still have an engine that leaks oil and does not run as expected. Talking to Noel is an experience and even if you have it written in stone from GOD if he thinks differently then you are wrong and all his friends he has known since he was a kid will back him up... I now have a $10,000 pile of crap and he will not honor his warranty. You decide if you would trust your engine and money with someone like this
