I've been dealing with Phillips since 2011, and their service department is really great. The reps are easy to speak with and they make sure you know what's going on with your vehicle. I deal with Zack and he's number one. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I was visiting from out of state and experienced concerning performance issues on my way into Daytona. I took my car to Ritchey and left absolutely floored by the excellent level of care. Ultimately, they didn’t find anything too troublesome but, I feel they did everything the could to address the problem I experienced on the highway—without dismissing it, just because the computer didn’t throw any codes. If I was a local, I’d absolutely come back to this place for service!

I bought a 1500 Chevy truck for our business and it lasted about one week it's been in there shop for going on 2 weeks now they gave me a rental car to drive which is useless to me I use my truck everyday for our business now I'm having to rent a truck which is costing me over 200 dollars a day I don't want that truck anymore they should step up to the plate and offer me another truck that has no problems I will be contacting my lawyer Monday to try to resolve this issue.
