If you need a car, Manny at Nissan is truly the man with the plan! About two months ago, I bought what I thought was my dream car… but it didn’t take long to realize it just wasn’t the one for me. I reached back out to Manny, who I had previously purchased from, and of course he came through again. He had exactly what I wanted sitting on the lot — a 2025 Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. When I arrived at the dealership, Manny already had the vehicle parked out front and ready for a test drive. I wasn’t completely sold at first, but Manny never rushed me or pressured me. In fact, he encouraged me to take my time — after the third test drive, I knew it was the one! He gave me a great value for my trade-in (basically matching what I owed) which made the process so much easier. The finance manager, Karen, was also fantastic. She worked her magic and my payments ended up even lower than we originally expected. To top it all off, once everything was finalized Manny made sure the car got a full detail and a full tank of gas before I drove off the lot. I left the dealership over-the-moon excited about my new Pathfinder! The entire experience was smooth, stress-free, and honestly fun. Manny’s knowledge, patience, and customer service are unmatched. Safe to say I won’t be going anywhere else when it’s time for my next vehicle… although I love this Nissan so much I might never upgrade! Highly recommend asking for Manny if you’re in the market for a car. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Stopped in Sat AM asking for directions to another dealer and ended up finding what I wanted and really getting the royal treatment. Everyone was helpful and efficient. I originally left this dealership a 5-star review after buying my brand-new Frontier Pro-4X. My sales rep Justin was great. I’m changing that review to 1 star because what happened after the sale was a completely different story. The review pattern makes sense to me now. Most of the 5-star reviews are about sales. A lot of the 1-star reviews are about service. I did not understand how real that split was until I needed serious warranty work. According to Nissan Consumer Affairs’ own records, my truck spent 33 days out of service at this dealership alone (not including the additional time it later spent at another Nissan dealer). They did attempt repairs, but once they could not solve the major warranty issues, management put a path forward in writing through Nissan Consumer Affairs and then later reneged on that written agreement without notice. I escalated through management, BBB, and Nissan Consumer Affairs, so there is no misunderstanding and no lack of communication. Everything is documented. When I pursued the BBB route, the dealership responded by changing the story, denying what had already been documented, and publicly presenting a version of events that was flatly inconsistent with the written record. What made the reality impossible to ignore was this: another Nissan dealership (the one Nissan Consumer Affairs sent me to after DeLand Nissan declined to continue) later verified the same issues and began major repairs under Nissan oversight. That should tell you exactly where the problem was. If you buy here and plan to service the vehicle somewhere else, you may be fine. If this is the shop you expect to stand behind the vehicle after the sale when serious warranty issues come up, buyer beware. If you want the paper trail, search “BBB DeLand Nissan” and click “Complaints.”

I took my Infinity QX80 in to get a diagnostic done after the check engine light came on for a p0174 code They supposedly fixed it and said it was good to go I paid them. 1200 miles later in another state I find out that the check engine lights back on for the exact same issue. I go to another dealership get a diagnostic and when I get home after 3 weeks because I needed to work they tell me that they're not going to rediagnose the car unless I pay them because another dealership tried to tell me that it was oil leaking on the wires to cause the problem
