The wait for my car is usually long so I tried your service to be dropped off and picked up. He was very personable but I started to get uncomfortable...he kept using his phone instead of the onboard navigation and communication. I thought that was against the law now. He was awesome otherwise.

Great experience. My service writer Scott went above and beyond my expectations. He was knowledgeable, helpful and very professional. He kept me informed about the process of my recall work, the results of my complete inspection and even repaired a minor issue with my seat. I also had him handle a last minute windshield wiper install just before I picked up my CR-V. All communications were quick and consistent with the issues discussed. He was a true professional and a pleasure to work with. Scott is an asset to the Proctor Honda family.

They listened to what I said, I needed, discussed the costs, accepted any allowed competitor coupons, provided me updates along the way, a video from the mechanic discussing the findings of the multipoint inspection, and allowed me to approve or not approve any repairs based on the findings of the multipoint inspection. And all of this was done through text messaging which also allowed me to communicate with my service advisor, Michael, the whole time for any questions that I had. They also have a great new waiting lounge with free water, coffee/hot chocolate, snacks, and 2 large flat screen TVs. I was in an out in no time and there were no hidden surprises (extra charges or delays). Yay! I'll definitely be back!

Picked up my new Honda about two weeks ago from HQ Honda. Discovered that my VIN on the dash was not readable due to, apparently, something had obscured it. Possibly something spilled when the car was being prepped. Dunno. Popped in to the service department yesterday and met with Carlos Sanchez. Mind you, I did not have an appointment and expected to be asked to make one and come back later. Carlos could not possibly have been more helpful and accommodating. He sorted out the issue while I waited. That kind of customer service will go a long way in keeping me as a happy customer.
