Very easy process from booking the appointment online to completing the service. My Service Advisor, Allen Di' Castro, was great to work with. He was upfront, respected my time, and made it a perfect experience.

I didn’t have any problem oil was changed the dash noted the oil is 99% . I did mention to the service tech to calibrate the tire pressures on the dash read out it wasn’t done . But I must say I forgot to mention it to the service writer about the tire pressure calibration

We have not bought a new car in years and it was great for my daughter to witness this interaction with a car salesman. “Kenny was cool she said” as we seen other car salesman that were a little pushy with us. Did all my negotiations with the Internet Sales Team, of course it's a back and forth, there main concern is to get you into the dealership. We aggred on an out the door price and met with Sales Associates Justin Smith to appraise the trade in and do the paperwork. It all went pretty smoothly, got there at 10:45Am and was out by 1PM (I did not finance). No hidden surprises, and that's what I greatly appreciate.
