I leased my new Acura RDX in November. I can not stop talking about my experience with Marvin and Naples Acura. Living in Key West, car buying and researching has proved to be a really awful fact of life. I was just playing around on the internet looking at Acura promotions. I connected with Naples Acura and once I they revealed they would deliver and I didn't have to drive to the mainland. ..I was overjoyed. The whole process was so smooth. As others said, Marvin was transparent, friendly, responsive. I would be thrilled to work with him again.

There was no pressure and we had a natural conversation about our choices. He was not trying to “sell” us. He gave us options within our budget and our needs. Go see Roger if you want the best deal without the pressure.

I normally don’t leave reviews but this guy didn’t disappoint. I’m a Air Force recruiter and I know a great quality salesman and stand up person when I see one. I came here about 2 weeks ago while on leave and spoke with Ethan, Taveras. He pretty much broke down the car and all the details effortlessly. I did not get the typical pressure to buy vibe from him at all. His customer support skills are bar none!! If was was able to bring my car while on leave I would have 100% purchased a vehicle that day. The service he gave after knowing I couldn’t purchase spoke volumes about his character. I’m now back in Chicago and wish I had the same service. Scanlon Acura you have a awesome employee on your hands and I hope it’s efforts and hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. We were not satisfied with the dealership and their offers in Fort Myers , so we contacted our original salesman, Jesse Sellers, who had moved from Fort Myers to Orlando. He worked to get us a very good deal on an Acura 2025 RDX. Jesse is always easy to work with, very courteous, and very personable. Always friendly and explains everything very well, plus always answers our phone calls as soon as possible.

Don’t recommend, I purchased a 2022 Certified used car with only 1,400 miles. I wish I remember the finance manager to write his name, but he’s from New Orleans, couldn’t find him on dealer website. When I asked my interest rate he gave me a much higher than what I was pre approved for from other banks, so I told him I’ll come back with a check from my own bank since the rate was so much higher (I know they jack it up to make the difference). He then insinuated he would match it and magically made the payment lower. I assumed it was cause he matched the rate (now I noticed he added 3 months to the loan) I mentioned I had the pre approved for, my fault for trusting a shark and not confirming the rate. So now when I get my account set up I noticed it was the original high rate he mentioned, shady to say the least. So now I’ll refinance it just out of principal and already got quoted much lower rates. Keep in mind I have tier 1 credit. So definitely be careful with finance if you do decide to go there. But wait, there’s more, although luckily not as serious. I’m assuming due to the car being so low in miles they barely checked anything on the car. Cabin air filter was filthy, wipers were worn out and made noise, steering wheel is a bit crooked (I should have driven it longer when test drove to notice but didn’t bother since car was so low on miles) and didn’t have the jack wrench or anything else in case of a flat. All minor things and overall car is perfectly fine though so I could live with that part. But that tells me the car didn’t go through a good inspection whatsoever to get the certified classification, I’m guessing since car miles were so low they didn’t bother but just my guess. So due to those two reason, mostly the shady finance manager, I will never be returning to this dealer. I’ve had great experience with other Honda dealers and paid the price for having my guard down when I visited Del Rey Acura/Honda. Definitely never will again.

All were $3000 off retail and no extra markups for dealer stuff. Best deal was $7000 off at Jackson Acura. Even their automated online quote was $5000 off retail price! Skip this dealer and go straight to Jackson Acura. They were honest, best price and very professional. Worth the drive!!
