I normally don’t leave reviews but this guy didn’t disappoint. I’m a Air Force recruiter and I know a great quality salesman and stand up person when I see one. I came here about 2 weeks ago while on leave and spoke with Ethan, Taveras. He pretty much broke down the car and all the details effortlessly. I did not get the typical pressure to buy vibe from him at all. His customer support skills are bar none!! If was was able to bring my car while on leave I would have 100% purchased a vehicle that day. The service he gave after knowing I couldn’t purchase spoke volumes about his character. I’m now back in Chicago and wish I had the same service. Scanlon Acura you have a awesome employee on your hands and I hope it’s efforts and hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. Thank you Ethan I greatly appreciate your service. Wish I could give stars pass the allotted rating scale. If you are looking for a car at this dealership ask for Ethan, Taveras. BEWARE! - ssorgs

BEWARE! Low Ball listing with bogus "Protection Pack" for $1998. I bought a 1 year old used vehicle with <10,500 miles and lots of factory stickers on it (ie, a very new car) over phone/text/email from out of state. I had the vehicle inspected by a 3rd party at my expense and shipped to my at my expense. I agreed to the sale price on their website listing of $46,395. However, the purchase agreement they sent had this as the cash price but the "total selling price", which should have matched what I was quoted and what was listed on their website, was increased by $1998 for a "protection pack". I complained and they said the 'work' (allegedly a clear coat - for a 1 yo car??? - and lojack car recovery kit) was already completed and also includes "everything...we already did in service with the vehicle". But, there was already an $1199 "predelivery service charge", which actually makes sense for "everything...we already did in service with the vehicle". While I wasn't happy about it, it was still priced well and I'd get something for the added cost, and in my nationwide search for this vehicle, I didn't find many suitable options. So I agreed to it and requested information about the the protection pack, presumably including warranty and recovery information. We've since closed the deal and I've taken possession of the vehicle, but still haven't seen any info on the protection pack. My salesman has said a few times now that he'll send it but I've yet to see it. I believe they fraudulently inflated my purchase price once they were convinced I really wanted this vehicle.

I spoke to her on Sunday regarding the vehicle make and model I wanted and within 48 hours she had a brand new AWD ZDX (white, red leather interior) waiting for me. She wasted no time on the sale and worked with me every step of the way. Made the experience simple and her witty humor made it a family friendly experience as well. Highly recommend!

Don’t recommend, I purchased a 2022 Certified used car with only 1,400 miles. I wish I remember the finance manager to write his name, but he’s from New Orleans, couldn’t find him on dealer website. When I asked my interest rate he gave me a much higher than what I was pre approved for from other banks, so I told him I’ll come back with a check from my own bank since the rate was so much higher (I know they jack it up to make the difference). He then insinuated he would match it and magically made the payment lower. I assumed it was cause he matched the rate (now I noticed he added 3 months to the loan) I mentioned I had the pre approved for, my fault for trusting a shark and not confirming the rate. So now when I get my account set up I noticed it was the original high rate he mentioned, shady to say the least. So now I’ll refinance it just out of principal and already got quoted much lower rates. Keep in mind I have tier 1 credit. So definitely be careful with finance if you do decide to go there. But wait, there’s more, although luckily not as serious. I’m assuming due to the car being so low in miles they barely checked anything on the car. Cabin air filter was filthy, wipers were worn out and made noise, steering wheel is a bit crooked (I should have driven it longer when test drove to notice but didn’t bother since car was so low on miles) and didn’t have the jack wrench or anything else in case of a flat. All minor things and overall car is perfectly fine though so I could live with that part. But that tells me the car didn’t go through a good inspection whatsoever to get the certified classification, I’m guessing since car miles were so low they didn’t bother but just my guess. So due to those two reason, mostly the shady finance manager, I will never be returning to this dealer. I’ve had great experience with other Honda dealers and paid the price for having my guard down when I visited Del Rey Acura/Honda. Definitely never will again.

All were $3000 off retail and no extra markups for dealer stuff. Best deal was $7000 off at Jackson Acura. Even their automated online quote was $5000 off retail price! Skip this dealer and go straight to Jackson Acura. They were honest, best price and very professional. Worth the drive!!
