I have a 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer that needed a temperature sensor and that was My first visit about one year ago. Then recently I made an appointment 📆 for an oil change. I was never turned away because my truck 🛻 was so old and I appreciate the courtesy and respect and professional service given to me by Nucar Chevrolet! Believe me! If I could afford that Vet in the showroom I would get it!

I was just there on the 24 of February to have an oil change and Jackee was very helpful and inform it.She let me know with the amount of points i had i was entitled to a free oil change.So that meant the world to me and i appreciate her for that.

What a terrible experience dealing with this service department. Sent my son to have a couple of issues looked at. Gave him nothing but attitude from the minute he was waited on. Save you time and go anywhere else. I had him walk out and will wait till he comes back from college and we use our regular GM dealer

If you need any help at all with your vehicle call this dealership. Willis Chevrolet in Smyrna, DE took me in after my normal service dealership could not accommodate my service needs. The first person to take my call was Connie and she made the whole experience easy and addressed all my questions before I even asked them. I had a "Service 4WD" message on my truck and they were able to schedule me for service the very next day. They also provided a loaner car while they had my truck. Keith was my service representative and I received nothing but excellent and professional customer service from him. Folks like Connie and Keith make the whole experience at Willis Chevrolet very enjoyable. Thank you guys
