I ordered and paid for a running light fixture for my Yukon Denali. The dealership contacted me when the part came in and we agreed on an appointment date. I showed up for my appointment but the service department didn’t have anyone available to install it, so I had to drive approximately one hour back home. I contacted them a couple weeks later and told them I just wanted a refund. They refunded me a partial payment and kept $550.00 stating that I hand to pay a restocking fee. They are the ones who could not install the part when I showed up for my scheduled appointment, so therefore I should be refunded the full amount. This dealership refuses to do so.They will no longer receive my business!!! After being contacted by the service manager Shane, he corrected and made this issue right!!! On my first visit I met Chris Diaferio, who was very friendly and helpful from the start. Over several days, Chris worked with me on a 2010 Kia Soul and eventually sold it to me. I liked the low-pressure environment and the staff's mentality that when you find the right car, it will sell itself. Chris walked me through all of the features of the Kia without shoving each of them in my face, as many dealers can tend to do. He was very easy-going and relaxed. He also provided me with other vehicles based on my criteria, and had them ready for me to inspect the next time I came to visit. When I finally decided, Chris streamlined all of the paperwork and closing the deal was relatively hassle-free. My only complaint would have to be my wait time when actually buying the car (over an hour). Otherwise, great service!
