From start to finish, the pre-sales lady went above and beyond to find me the perfect sedan to downgrade from the SUV I was currently in. Offered me a great price on my older Santa Fe and got me into a Sonata. My Salesman was very patient and honest throughout and very knowledge about all the new bells and whistles I was not familiar with. The Sales Manager even came over and sat to chat with us. We finalized everything with a sweet woman who made a way for me to take the car home the same day. It felt like a family. Very welcoming environment. Transparent pricing. A great deal. Friendly staff every step of the way, from the initial phone call from Karen graciously answering my many questions about the trading down process and lease specials and different types of Sonatas to working with Jim who helped me learn all about the car so I would be confident driving it away, to John the manager who made me a great offer on my SUV and shared some laughs with us all the way to Sarah who handled all the financial paperwork for me. I felt like they actually liked me, not just wanted to sell me something. In my 50something years and all my car buys, this one takes the cake. They really appreciate their customers. Jim even followed up with me the next day to see how I was doing and walked me through some more features I wasn't familiar with. Just buy yourr car here. They treat you like family and make buying a car a lot stressful than it used to be
