Lack of Communication and Customer Service – NOT @ Blasius GMC
After having a bad experience at a local used car dealership, I was kind of skeptical about going to another used car dealership. However, following an online search, I discovered Blasius GMC had the Mercedes E300 I was searching for. Mr. Gene Footman, reached out to me that Friday morning to set up a test drive the following day. Gene exemplified what customer service in yesteryears used to be; Gene was not pressured to make the sale, he communicated effectively and was transparent throughout the entire process. I commend Gene on his attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills, which are rare today. Now unto Mr. Chris Prevosk, a veteran business manager. Chris was great, finding me the best financing deal selling me the extended services I needed, and not overcomplicating the process. Chris’s comical sense of humor and meticulous attention to detail made the transaction effortless and seamless. After 1 week, my wife and I are extremely happy with our purchase and hope to do business again at GMC Blasius. Communication and customer service are not dead, especially at Blasius GMC.
