Eventually one of them asked me this in these exact words-“are you a customer not being helped?” I replied “ for the last 12 minutes yes!” Unreal. Then I asked how much it would cost to have the spark plugs changed on my 4 cylinder Terrain. $660 was the quote. She did not know that I was quoted a much lower price when I called a few weeks ago. I came here out of need since most other places near me were booked for weeks. If you know what’s good for you, stay far far away from this place. Never again… More

My 22 year old son bought a certified used GMC pickup- all went smooth, until the check engine light came on the next day! Drove it to a more local dealer and they flashed the ecu. Brought it back and it turns out to be the lifters are bad. No way that happened in one 60 mile drive! They knew and sold it to him anyways. I called to try to negotiate something for him in good faith, and was told there was “ nothing financial” they could do. He also was charged $3500 for a GM extended warranty - turns out that should be more in the $1500-2000 range tops. They offered a loaner, which is part of his contract- 3 weeks into the problem. Terrible business practice. I’m going to tell every person I know to tell every person they know( all union workers electricians, fitters, plumbers, carpenters , etc) to spread the word about them. First car buying experience - a $40.000 truck he will always be waiting for something else to go wrong with. Nice…. More
