I am glad I didn't purchase from D'Addario, I can't imagine how they treat their customers once the deal's been made. This is why: I called D'Addario Nissan to request for an appointment to check the raffling noise coming from the back window shield when driving. They refused to schedule an appointment for me because I did not purchase the vehicle from their dealership, another person came on the phone and then told me they are not accepting any appointments for new cars and hung up the phone on me. Bought a Nissan last year, not a high demand style, though. Excellent experience, salesman young and very courteous. Haggled slightly, but felt more that he was actually helping me.
