Bad experience I will not refer ANYONE to them!!!! Still can’t drive my new van, only had it for 2 weeks and it’s been at the dealership for 4 days and I was told it was ready to be picked up and all set when I got there. Nothing was completely done that was supposed to be done in my contract and drove it home an hour away and got stuck on the side of the highway now no one will return my call and still waiting. I’ve been putting phone calls into them and no one has returned my call. This is not the first time when I first picked it up. I called into my sales person and did not get a call back. I had to go down there and when I went to go see the vehicle they told me it was sold, and then all of a sudden it was available. It was sitting in the shop. My sales person rushed me to fill out the paperwork for financing before I even test drove it so I was not aware of any issues it had until I already had the loan and went outside to drive at home and it was smoking very bad and I thought I was gonna get stuck on the highway so I called them up and had to bring it back in. Now I’m stuck with a vehicle that does not start and waiting to see what they’ll do. In the meantime I paid for insurance I put money down and can’t go to work without my running van. Not fair at all. I just went there to get a reliable vehicle so I can make a living and get to work, but that’s not happening not too happy and the only one there who would help me at all was Marcy and the finance department other than that I would not refer nobody to this dealership. I am really disgusted. I shouldn’t have to chase them around after giving them business.

I've bought three cars from them and after this experience I won't ever again. The salesperson and I picked out a vehicle that fit my needs and they had in stock. Since my car was dangerous to drive I needed a car ASAP, which is why I was willing to buy a used car. After waiting for 20 minutes he shows up with a totally different vehicle and says that they had loaned the vehicle out and it wouldn't be coming back for over a week. I explained that I was highly interested and I know that when I had a specific loaner that they traded it out early since they needed the car. I reached out to the salesperson to see if they had gotten the car and his response was he's working on it. I called D'Ana in customer service who said that she would look into it. Apparently my business wasn't important to them. Today, I got a call that the car is back. Too late as I needed a car.

As a loyal ford customer ( more than 120 cars ) im sad to say I will never buy another from gengras . I brought my explorer in for service and was given nothing but a run around and unclear reasons as to what was wrong or what was being done to fix it . Customer service end of things ( Jenny ) I found rude and pretty had to beg to get calls . The car was over charged for work performed in the 3 weeks it sat there right down to the last moment when I was charged 430 dollars in labor for something that took 35 minutes ( wish I got paid that rate ) … do yourself a favor and google gengras ford customer complaints …pretty much everything that comes up I am experiencing . Sadly I miss Crowley and will no longer be buying my cars at this location .

I was treated very UNFAIRLY by one of the salespersons by the name CHERYLANN WAMBOLT. I made an appointment to test drive a 2021Toyota 4Runner. She new I was coming from PA almost four hours away. While driving up for my appointment for over three and a half hours about half hour before reaching my destination, I get a phone call from her stating the the appointment needs to be cancelled because the vehicle has been sold. Is this how a Hommonasset Ford treats it's customers? That is UNACCAPTABLE!!! I never heard of anyone being treated that way. How do you sell a vehicle that was supposed to be test driven the next day?!?? If you make an appointment with this dealership to test drive a vehicle, be prepared to have your appointment cancelled.

#5!!!!!! Yes #5 for us Junior and the team always go above and beyond for us at the dealership. We talked with Junior about our truck and we discussed about getting another and within 2 hour’s signing some paperwork because i was out of town and the internet was a blessing to help speed up the deal while i drove there . My husband test drove , they even let him test drive a mustang hopefully #6 maybe next year . Thanks again Junior you always make it happen .

Through a web search I found a 2015 pre-owned Jeep Wrangler on the lot at heritage valley Ford in Brooklyn CT. Called the dealership and was set up with the salesman Tim Wesolowski. Ask a few questions and requested a few additional pictures since I am 4 hours away and was provided with everything very quickly. After deciding this was definitely the vehicle for us I set out to make a sight unseen deal based on Tim's word. After a gentlemen's handshake over the phone we agreed on a price and a time and date when we would make the drive with check in hand. Over the course of the next few days Tim answered a few additional questions we had and made sure everything was ready for us to go. We arrived Saturday morning to a spotlessly detailed vehicle with a full tank of gas and we're immediately greeted by Tim. We went for a test ride and everything checked out. Within 30 minutes the transaction was complete and we had the keys to our Jeep. Tim felt more like a friend than a car salesman that that that highly recommended both him and the dealership. The car performed flawlessly on the four hour drive home as I'm sure it will for many years to come. I cannot say enough good about the whole transaction. Thanks for everything.

After dealing with so many sketchy dealerships in CT, Bowens was a breath of fresh air!! I brought in my Focus RS for a leaking timing cover (warranty work) and they promptly fixed the issue. I also had a check engine code and the repair for that would not be covered under warranty and they were not pushy at all about making me get that work done (this code does not effect driveability just emissions). I ended up choosing to save the money to try to fix it myself. They were patient and answered every question I had. I really have not had a dealership experience like this before. Highly highly recommend! This is the ONLY dealership I will trust bringing my car back to. I live over an hour away and it was well worth it to bring my car here
