Monaco Ford delivers the total sales to service experience. Purchasing our Explorer Platinum was easy and efficient, from the test drive explaining the essential features and immediate follow-up to explain more complicated features. Our customer service rep, Adrian Paulding, continues to ask us how we are enjoying our Explorer and if there are any other questions that he can answer. The financing component went very well, as we purchasing additional features that enhanced our ownership. The Service Dept. has twice serviced our Explorer at its normal service intervals. They also offer a courtesy pick up and drop if requested.

He asked me what I Wanted in an F150 and I told him my requirements. Luck would have it the truck was on the lot. John is friendly, Courteous, knowledgeable and professional and never once tried to push me into purchasing something I didn’t want . When it came to my trade-in he was spot on according to Kelly’s blue book .You should be proud of having him on your staff. Lincoln company had tried to help me but couldn't get it to work and told me to go to a Lincoln dealership to have a diagnostic done to determine the problem. Tyler H. was the service advisor I was lucky enough to have to work on my car. Tyler is a problem solver-he listened to what was already done, set up steps to try various solutions and was able to get the app to work. I found my experience at Gengras Ford to be most favorable for many reasons. My Loncoln MKZ had a bad water pump which unfortunately is a very difficult and expensive repair because it's located inside the engine behind the timing chains. I had it quoted at another service center and they quoted the job but said they were not even interested in tackling it. I then had it towed to Gengras and they gave me the same price along with a video of my car showing exactly what was wrong. My car was finished just a few days later and came out great. Shortly after that the spring broke on the strut in my front end so I brought it back. When they quoted it I explained I didn't have the funds to pay for it at that time due to the water pump repair. The service manage then very kindly gave me an enormous discount so I wouldn't have to drive the car in an unsafe condition. He only charged me for parts which absolutely blew me away. My car is perfect now thanks to their great work and generosity. I would also like to mention their friendly, professional staff and immaculate facility. Even though it's a bit of a distance from my house, I plan to use them on all my future repairs and new car purchases.

What a disappointment! I heard good things about this dealer so I thought I would buy a truck from them. What a mistake. I first talked to a woman on the phone named Andrea who said I could buy the truck at MSRP and I was lucky they weren't selling it $5,000 over MSRP only caveat was I had to buy a fugazzi aftermarket warranty for $2,699. I thought that was incorrect information so I decided to show up and look at the truck I wanted to buy. Spoke with CherylAnn she then said the exact same thing. I said ill buy the truck at MSRP but not that junk warranty, she said buy the warranty or you can't buy the truck. So I bought the same truck as Gengras BELOW MSRP.

Through a web search I found a 2015 pre-owned Jeep Wrangler on the lot at heritage valley Ford in Brooklyn CT. Called the dealership and was set up with the salesman Tim Wesolowski. Ask a few questions and requested a few additional pictures since I am 4 hours away and was provided with everything very quickly. After deciding this was definitely the vehicle for us I set out to make a sight unseen deal based on Tim's word. After a gentlemen's handshake over the phone we agreed on a price and a time and date when we would make the drive with check in hand. Over the course of the next few days Tim answered a few additional questions we had and made sure everything was ready for us to go. We arrived Saturday morning to a spotlessly detailed vehicle with a full tank of gas and we're immediately greeted by Tim. We went for a test ride and everything checked out. Within 30 minutes the transaction was complete and we had the keys to our Jeep. Tim felt more like a friend than a car salesman that that that highly recommended both him and the dealership. The car performed flawlessly on the four hour drive home as I'm sure it will for many years to come. I cannot say enough good about the whole transaction. Thanks for everything.

After dealing with so many sketchy dealerships in CT, Bowens was a breath of fresh air!! I brought in my Focus RS for a leaking timing cover (warranty work) and they promptly fixed the issue. I also had a check engine code and the repair for that would not be covered under warranty and they were not pushy at all about making me get that work done (this code does not effect driveability just emissions). I ended up choosing to save the money to try to fix it myself. They were patient and answered every question I had. I really have not had a dealership experience like this before. Highly highly recommend! This is the ONLY dealership I will trust bringing my car back to. I live over an hour away and it was well worth it to bring my car here
