As a woman buying a new car on my own, I was nervous about going into the dealership. I said a prayer to ask for a kind, sensitive person to work with. As I exited my dad's old car, a young man came out and greeted me and I knew that he was just the guy to work with. He immediately put me at ease, and along with his general manager helped me get the car that I wanted, in the color that I wanted. I wanted to make sure it was the car that I wanted because I had hoped this would be the last car I would buy. Chris was so patient, kind and informative, and his manager was also there to help if I had any questions. It has a wonderful experience, and I love my new green car. I would definitely recommend Central Hyundai. I felt blessed to work with Chris Shore, he was so easy to work with and treated me with kindness and respect. The dealership was very clean and inviting and the employees were all kind and friendly.

He asked me what I Wanted in an F150 and I told him my requirements. Luck would have it the truck was on the lot. John is friendly, Courteous, knowledgeable and professional and never once tried to push me into purchasing something I didn’t want . When it came to my trade-in he was spot on according to Kelly’s blue book .You should be proud of having him on your staff. My Hoffman service department experience was exceptional! I purchased a gorgeous green 2016 Ford F 350 Super Duty with dually wheels in January.It is my pride and joy, purchased from another well known Ford Dealership which I will credit to later. My Green Dually always gets complements. Friends and Strangers just feel comfortable telling me how fine my Super Duty is. I was leaving the poll early Tuesday morning and a Need Oil Change Soon warning started going off. This was the first warning I had gotten. I immediately called my Ford Dealership and their service dept. was booked until the week of Thanksgiving- I panicked and was told to contact any available Ford Dealership. I called Hoffman Ford on Columbus Boulevard and was booked for service within the hour. What a fabulous, pristine facility. I was greeted with a smile and felt quite comfortable in their thoughtful waiting room. You can tell when people enjoy and respect their jobs. It felt like my original Dealership- this Ford Company has this whole Sales, Customer Service thing down to a science. I truely appreciated how both facilities felt like one, although as a new buyer, I, of course knew my "original crew" by name. Wow! If I didn't know better I would think that these Hoffman Guys were trying to win me over, ooh! Technically, this one is closer. But I get it....my family has always been FORD ENTHUSIASTS! The accommodations and seamless way of doing things, the impeccable surroundings, etc.is a true representation of The Brand I simply have an extended family I can forever trust. Go! GO!! I found my experience at Gengras Ford to be most favorable for many reasons. My Loncoln MKZ had a bad water pump which unfortunately is a very difficult and expensive repair because it's located inside the engine behind the timing chains. I had it quoted at another service center and they quoted the job but said they were not even interested in tackling it. I then had it towed to Gengras and they gave me the same price along with a video of my car showing exactly what was wrong. My car was finished just a few days later and came out great. Shortly after that the spring broke on the strut in my front end so I brought it back. When they quoted it I explained I didn't have the funds to pay for it at that time due to the water pump repair. The service manage then very kindly gave me an enormous discount so I wouldn't have to drive the car in an unsafe condition. He only charged me for parts which absolutely blew me away. My car is perfect now thanks to their great work and generosity. I would also like to mention their friendly, professional staff and immaculate facility. Even though it's a bit of a distance from my house, I plan to use them on all my future repairs and new car purchases.

Thank goodness I recorded my call because it can be hard to keep up with the fast talking slick motives that we have all become used to with the Vehicle Buying journey! He said the price online is right now, but was incorrect last night. Then went on to say that it's not the dealership's fault the company they hired to do their website did it wrong. Way to go to take responsibility! BTW we are not talkingabout a huge mistake, one that is well within the dealership ability to just close the deal on. Marc just kept saying it's not their fault! Well who hired the Website Company? They did so "Yes" you are responsible! They decided they didn't want to "earn" my business nor keep the integrity by doing what was right and within their power. I have screenshots and the recording to corroborate this. I would avoid working with these folks because if this is how I was treated by employee, I would question the overall culture. This was an easy one to get right and stand up for the advertisement! No! Marc and Marisa decided not to and I suspect this is testimony to who Saybrook Ford may be!

What a disappointment! I heard good things about this dealer so I thought I would buy a truck from them. What a mistake. I first talked to a woman on the phone named Andrea who said I could buy the truck at MSRP and I was lucky they weren't selling it $5,000 over MSRP only caveat was I had to buy a fugazzi aftermarket warranty for $2,699. I thought that was incorrect information so I decided to show up and look at the truck I wanted to buy. Spoke with CherylAnn she then said the exact same thing. I said ill buy the truck at MSRP but not that junk warranty, she said buy the warranty or you can't buy the truck. So I bought the same truck as Gengras BELOW MSRP.

They are the worst dealership that i have ever worked with in my entire life. They pressured me intimidated me into signing a contract asking for more money. They gave me the car but won’t give me my Registration and new plates until I pay them the rest of the money that I couldn’t give them. They are sleez bags a scam artist who only want your money. I advise everyone steer away from this dealership. They are the worst and didn’t resolve my issue. They didn’t put me, as the customer first. They also never changed my breaks or gave me my detail.

After dealing with so many sketchy dealerships in CT, Bowens was a breath of fresh air!! I brought in my Focus RS for a leaking timing cover (warranty work) and they promptly fixed the issue. I also had a check engine code and the repair for that would not be covered under warranty and they were not pushy at all about making me get that work done (this code does not effect driveability just emissions). I ended up choosing to save the money to try to fix it myself. They were patient and answered every question I had. I really have not had a dealership experience like this before. Highly highly recommend! This is the ONLY dealership I will trust bringing my car back to. I live over an hour away and it was well worth it to bring my car here
