Stan did a great job of communicating with me especially since I purchased the truck from as an out of state buyer. The finance part was little more painful then I would have liked but that is no reflection on Stan.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! I don't EVER write a review, but my experience with Generas Jeep Fairfield was so deplorable I had to warn people. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered in my 34 years of owning a car. From not being able to get a hold of someone via phone or text to their don't care attitude. They are completely indifferent to their costumers needs only concerned with the bottomline. Servicing my car for things they admitted didn't necessarily need to be done, but did at my expense. Also, apparently every filter in my car needed to be replaced! I have never replaced a filter in 34 years of a leasing a car. I feel taken and swindled. They are crooks! Just bad people. Jeep isn't the product it used to be and Gengras doesn't stand behind their product. Absurdly, after spending 1k to have it towed and replace the battery and get an unnecessary oil change my jeep still left the dealership with my check engine light on! Can't make it up. We have leased 7 jeeps in the last 5 years from when it was still SCAP, they were amazing and kept us coming back. Rick was amazing! My short experience with Gengras has pushed me out and I CANNOT wait for these leases to be up. I will not give them another dime- and I guarantee they don't care.

This dealer had a couple used vehicles that were comparable to another I found and liked at a different dealership. The salesman created an appointment for me that I didn't ask for. Then when I was able to stop by earlier and texted ahead of time that I was on my way, I was left in the dealership for 20 minutes without him seeing me after he was informed that I was there. On the phone with him a couple days later, he was trying to convince me that some remaining factory warranty on the used vehicles was only available if the vehicle was Certified Pre-Owned. Theirs were CPO and the other one at the other dealership was not. He was making some effort to come close to the deal I was getting through the other dealership, but was dishonest and pushy. I bought the vehicle from the other dealership.

*****Update to review posted on 2/1/26 for 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport Owner****  To start, we give high marks to the service team at Shoreline Chrysler Jeep and Dodge for doing a fantastic job in repairing our 2019 Jeep Wrangler. Sometimes there are unfortunate circumstance that occur and present themselves in a way which on the surface can appear as negligence prompting quick judgment and criticism, but later after reviewing all the facts and details of the circumstance the truth comes out where there was absolutely no negligence on anyone's part. Each member of the service team treated us with kindness, courtesy, and professionalism, and they promptly prioritize our vehicle ahead of other customers which they did not have to do. They made a tremendous effort to make the repairs in the most efficient and quickest way and did not charge anything additional for their labor and parts subsequent to the initial repair, which we truly appreciate. This dealership is honest, trustworthy, and reliable, and we would not hesitate to return in the future. We sincerely apologize for posting such a harsh review. In the end, they made it right. Thank you service team!

Horrible customer service. Employees are very disrespectful especially Dave who’s in charge of repairs. He especially likes to talk down and belittle female customers. We bought a 2018 jeep in 2020, the dashboard started to buckle a few months after. We put in many claims for this issue as well as an issue with the rusted paint with Tracy, an Employee who no longer works there .We were told by Dave that Tracy took all of our files when she left and they have no records of our claims. They refuse to repair the issues. We will never purchase another Jeep from Fitzpatrick Dealer or recommend them to anyone.

Full disclosure, prior to a career change I was in the car service for 8 years and know the business well. The customer service here is unmatched. They go above and beyond to take care of you, accommodate your schedule, and make sure you make informed decisions.
