This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! I don't EVER write a review, but my experience with Generas Jeep Fairfield was so deplorable I had to warn people. Their customer service is the worst I have ever encountered in my 34 years of owning a car. From not being able to get a hold of someone via phone or text to their don't care attitude. They are completely indifferent to their costumers needs only concerned with the bottomline. Servicing my car for things they admitted didn't necessarily need to be done, but did at my expense. Also, apparently every filter in my car needed to be replaced! I have never replaced a filter in 34 years of a leasing a car. I feel taken and swindled. They are crooks! Just bad people. Jeep isn't the product it used to be and Gengras doesn't stand behind their product. Absurdly, after spending 1k to have it towed and replace the battery and get an unnecessary oil change my jeep still left the dealership with my check engine light on! Can't make it up. We have leased 7 jeeps in the last 5 years from when it was still SCAP, they were amazing and kept us coming back. Rick was amazing! My short experience with Gengras has pushed me out and I CANNOT wait for these leases to be up. I will not give them another dime- and I guarantee they don't care.
