This was my second encounter with her and she is the kindest person with a wonderful attitude. This is very important to me as a customer. kudos to Jackie for her wonderful service. You're amazing! We received a wonderful response to our radio issues. Excellent and timely service on our Pacifica. Also had touch up on parking lot scrapes which are now impossible to detect. All service and office workers were very cordial. Felt right at home!!!

Let’s just say if you want to get taken advantage of, pushed into service you don’t need, and lack of customer service from even the higher ups that work there. Take your car to this dealership. If you don’t like loosing a bunch of money then go anywhere other than here.

I live in Oregon and purchaced my vehicle from Lithia of Roseburg,Or. Visit Denver often as my kids and grandkids are here. Lithia has done all my service including tires and batteries since '06' They are 'hands down', the best. The people here in Thorton are typical of all Lithia dealers,(proffesional and courtious) I feel that any vehicle one buys from Lithia dealers any where would be a satisfying experience. I am certianly buying my next from them!

I had service done here for the 1st time at this location on my ID.4 last week. Justin was GREAT! They had me in right on time & the service was done super fast. The service department seems very well run, organized, thorough & fast. I’ll definitely be returning there for all of my future maintenance & service needs. I highly recommend them overall & specially Justin, if you have the option to choose a service professional!!
