I don’t usually write reviews, but Dan Caffry genuinely deserves recognition.
I went into this process prioritizing reliability, honesty, and understanding what I was actually buying, including the service contract. After speaking with three other salespeople elsewhere—one disengaged, one who never followed up, and one with limited knowledge—Dan stood out immediately.
Dan is down-to-earth, transparent, and clearly passionate about cars. I initially came in looking for a different vehicle, and he helped me find an objectively better, more reliable vehicle that was still within what I could comfortably afford, taking the time to explain why it was the smarter long-term choice rather than pushing a quick sale.
What mattered most was that he educated me. He walked me through reports, CARFAX and details I wouldn’t have understood on my own, explained long-term ownership implications, and followed up when I assumed my first visit was my last. The entire process felt relaxed and human, not a situation where I felt preyed upon by a "Salesman".
