I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and every single service advisor has been fantastic although somehow, John L. has exceeded all them lately. I drive up from Castle Rock so I have a couple of dealership options closer to me but the 40 minute drive is worth it now that I’ve had John helping me out the last handful of times. He’s extremely efficient, friendly, and thorough and only suggests things that make sense. It’s rare to work with a service advisor that truly has your best interest in mind.

We are very pleased with our recent service call with Nate Hoffman at Greenwood Lexus. We had previously dealt with Lakewood Lexus before moving closer to Greenwood. Nate handled an out of warranty issue and even kept the car overnight to be sure it was fixed at N/C. We didn't expect that and are most happy to have found a new home for continued service
