I can’t say enough positive comments concerning my recent experience with Kuni Lexus. Starting with my initial telephone conversation with Manuel and Roberto, I was immediately impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to assist. In later conversations with Katie, she displayed these same attributes. These three employees bring great credit to the dealership. Roberto, juggling many customers as the only service manager for two days did a fantastic job. He, and the technicians, resolved our electrical issue. Also, a special “thank you” to your new employee Ari for transporting us both ways. Her personality is a tremendous asset for you, congratulations on hiring her.

Called and spoke with Jodi about a used vehicle in the morning. And by 10 am we were at the dealership test driving the vehicle. Jodi was so nice and worked fast to get us in the car and on our way. Sabrina in finance was also really sweet and made the experience over all wonderful. Both ladies were amazing and this was by far the best experience I’ve had while buying a car. Thank you!

We are very pleased with our recent service call with - marc

We are very pleased with our recent service call with Nate Hoffman at Greenwood Lexus. We had previously dealt with Lakewood Lexus before moving closer to Greenwood. Nate handled an out of warranty issue and even kept the car overnight to be sure it was fixed at N/C. We didn't expect that and are most happy to have found a new home for continued service
