Believe or not, I'm from California and yes, I purchased a car from Autostar in Colorado. The car I wanted, with the package and 2nd row bench seat I wanted, did not exist in California, so I looked at the next best location. I contacted 3 dealerships, 2 in CO and 1 in TX. Autostar immediately stuck out by being very accomodating and not at all put off by the fact that I was not local. They even offered to assess and quote my potential trade in (spoiler alert, I traded it in to them). I worked with JD (Jhaden) in sales and received multiple videos/pics of the car I had my eye on. Receiving a very competitive offer on my trade in, along with the support from Autostar is what closed the deal. I worked with Ian (with assistance from David) in finance to get numbers and paperwork situated. We started the process on a Friday and by Monday my new car was being loaded onto transport. My new vehicle arrived in my driveway on Wendesday and my former vehicle was taken back on that same transport within 15 minutes. Ian/David were wonderful in working with me virtually and were readily available for all questions I had. JD was, and still has been amazing through the entire process! JD and I even had a zoom call once I was ready so that he could explain a lot of my new car's features to me. Customer service for Autostar CDJR of Silverthorne was TOP NOTCH and I would absolutely consider buying a car from them again, regardless of the distance! A+ guys, thanks so much!!!

The service technician & manager worked with me when the original quote for repair went up in the system by a significant amount. The dealership honored their original quote. I had been searching for a new Ram Power Wagon for a while and while searching I discovered Christopher Ram Dodge, From the minute I inquired about the vehicle I was searching for I was contacted by John, made my appointment and I arrived the very next day, they made e a very decent offer on my trade that was at the 300,000 mile mark, and within 30 minutes I was out the door in my new vehicle, now don't get me wrong I put down a large down payment plus the trade and I was gone, patience is not one of my virtues, I'm very happy with my new vehicle, I am extremely happy with the sales folks John and Hai, when I go to purchase another vehicle, It will be here, yes they get 5 stars from me.

Feel so wronged and hussled for over almost $1,000. Took our vehicle in for a broken A/C. They advised that a condenser was punctured and needed replacement and that should fix the issue. We picked the vehicle up and the lady said it's all fixed but the A/C should take a minute to kick in but it's working. Had a quick drive and it never blew cold but it was also towards end of Friday business so just drove home. Monday brought the vehicle back as it was definitely still blowing hot air. They advised they'll check it out again. A week later, get a call that they further more thoroughly diagnosed there is a punctured hose that is leaking air so that is why the A/C is not fixed however this is common in old cars but now an ADDITIONAL $2,200 repair. So, if this is common, why was this not assessed in the initial diagnostic when we came to a Jeep EXPERT to tell us what needed to be repaired to fix the A/C? Why would you not double check all related potential issues and talk a customer into a repair that wasn't going to fix the issue they came to you with. Now, out $900 for an unnecessary repair. Of course we would have never repaired it if the dialogue was we think this is the issue but of course we didn't FULLY DIAGNOSE THE ISSUE FROM THE START there could be something else. We would have to have just not repaired it, saved ourselves over $900 and the of course their words "understaffed staff's" time in fixing our vehicle. Feel beyond ripped off and sick about this waste of time, money, and level of service. My family members and I have been loyal Berthod customers for decades. Not only purchased so many vehicles as well as been loyal in many big service jobs. SO disheartening to have this outcome from a dealership we've trusted and been such good customers. Beyond disappointed this was our situation with no apologies or customer service in attempting to rectify this situation.

I had to have my GMC Canyon (diesel)repaired in Denver at Foundation Chevrolet, where they said that my oil was 1.5 quarts overfilled and that the result was damage to the NOX sensors. I notified Morehart Murphy GMC service of this, since they had done the last oil change, and they responded saying that the engine oil had been topped off or diesel was leaking into the engine causing an increase in oil volume. I know that the oil was never topped off and I decided to see if my oil volume increased after Foundation Chevrolet changed the oil several months ago. Go figure, their xx excuse was false as the oil level has remained constant. The Morehart Murphy service said that they weren't able to overfill oil in an oil change and the dipstick was checked after an oil change. Well I strongly disagree and see that they would never admit their probable culpability. On top of that the Morehart Murphy Regional Group provides no way to file a complaint beyond the shop that has no incentive to respond to problems. I have to question the overall quality of service, responsiveness to problems and ethics of at minimum the GMC service segment.

Out of 4 vehicles I bought here. Two wound up with blown engines, the last one being a 2020. Both vehicles blew engines within two weeks of purchase. I was told it would be 5 weeks till they could even get it in to be looked at much less repaired. In the wait I ordered a new gladiator based on interest rates rising and wait time. I wound up purchasing from another dealer while waiting. Got an excellent interest rate and great incentives on a 2022 ecodiesel model. It came in at $42k the gasser from Victory came in at over $50k over original order price. I took my 2022 in for a warranty claim on a cracked windshield. The service staff laughed, without writing anything stated jeep would turn down the claim. Never mind there are internet posts as to jeep replacing glass. Some words were exchanged, I left. End of story? No. The owner called me threatening me, telling me they won't do my warranty work. To take it back to the dealer I bought it from. Steer clear of this dealer. Huge reputation for selling junk and in this case, calling my work number to complain about a personal problem.
