Working with Haydar at this dealership was a pleasure! He made us feel like we were his most important customer (even on a busy afternoon when he had other clients to attend to). We had completed our pre-shopping homework, so we were prepared to make quick decisions once we had the test drive and addressed questions about warranties and service plans. Haydar made us feel welcome right away, didn’t try to push an up-sale (he was conscientious that we were there for a specific vehicle), assured that we were attended to, and that we were comfortable in every way. He gave both myself and my husband so much attention to our conversations and questions. Haydar also knew we had an appointment at another dealer an hour and a half after meeting him….he made the time for us and, after the test-drive with Steven proved a great vehicle, Haydar took great care of us so much so that we called the other dealer to cancel. We were in and out with our purchase in less than 4 hours even with the quick trip to the bank! Our Genius, Jason, was great with feature explanations and fielding our questions during our vehicle review and setting up our myBMW account and our devices. My wife and I decided to go with a 2025 X5 xDrive50e, as it had the space we needed for our family. Dimitri was great to work with as he was extremely knowledgeable and straightforward throughout the entire process from test drive to financing. After a disappointing experience with another dealership, I received a new Costco Auto Program referral to several BMW dealers within a day’s drive of my home. I chose BMW of Loveland based on my initial conversation with Jared Boulter—and I’m very glad I did. Jared was up front, transparent, and followed through on every commitment. He explained the Costco savings clearly and offered me an upgraded vehicle that had become available after another buyer backed out. Although I hadn’t initially planned to purchase that trim level, the additional discount made it a worthwhile investment. I made the drive to Loveland to test drive the vehicle and experienced exceptional service from everyone I encountered—from the sales manager to the finance representative. I also traded in a vehicle and was very satisfied with the value and ease of that transaction. Overall, BMW of Loveland delivered a professional, honest, and customer-focused experience that exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.
