I also requested all documents needed for the financing transaction be expressed to me prior to arrival, so the process would move smoothly, and the details were expressed and the options given to me. This made the process move quickly. All of this made the purchase successful. Nice work!

My last visit to Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was about a year and a half ago, and the service was terrible. I needed service to my Jeep, so I took it in last week, and I got to tell you their service now is impeccable. I found out that they revamped the management around that time, a year and a half ago or so. Honestly, what a blessing, to experience 100% customer service. It's a nice feeling to have a dealership that goes out of their way for the customer, and excellent customer service. If you didn't have a good experience with them in the past, give them another chance, I don't think it'll be disappointing. Alex took good care of me, and my Jeep.
