I was looking to purchase a brand new Corolla Cross - Eduarda Rosa

I was looking to purchase a brand new Corolla Cross Hybrid and after doing a long research on finding an honest Toyota dealer and getting quotes pretty much from all Toyota dealers in San Diego area, I found out that only Mossy Toyota and another Toyota dealer are fair and honest with their price, the price advertised on their website (window sticker price) is actually the price you are going to pay for the vehicle without thousands of dollars on ad ons and fake yet illegal fees most dealers make you pay when purchasing a new or used vehicle! Also have to mention that Tom Hicks (internet sales manager) and Danny (salesman) had a very cool and chill vibe when explaining my options and I never felt any type of sales pressure whatsoever. Thank you Mossy Toyota team for being honest and not trying to take advantage of customers! You guys rock!

Considerate and Courteous are the words that I would describe the team at Magnussen. The greatest thing about this dealership is that it is a "no-frills" type place of business aimed at providing great service to customers. I spent weeks scouring the internet to be able to test drive a Grand Highlander only to be told that I would need to get in a cue or require a deposit by other dealerships. I had visited 5 different dealerships over the holiday break and ran across a number of apathetic sales reps and even a downright sleazy one. I found out that Magnussen's was close to work and got in touch with Aidan who was helpful with keeping me up to speed on their inventory along with making it happen. I met Jacob a few days later and he was able to help me decide between the Sienna and Grand Highlander. Jacob also helped me lock down a trim and discussed all the features including subscription services. I was glad to have took the time to visit because there was no pushiness or rush to make a decision. When the opportunity arose, they were able to get the right car on the lot for me and Raj did his best to get me the car at a number that was amicable. Getting me to the point of purchase was a team effort and they work well together and for the customer. I hope to come back in the future.

We walked into the dealer not convince of purchasing the vehicle. We were looking for Juan in finance. But after talking to Filiberto, we enjoyed his approach and decided to close the transaction. My last visit to Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was about a year and a half ago, and the service was terrible. I needed service to my Jeep, so I took it in last week, and I got to tell you their service now is impeccable. I found out that they revamped the management around that time, a year and a half ago or so. Honestly, what a blessing, to experience 100% customer service. It's a nice feeling to have a dealership that goes out of their way for the customer, and excellent customer service.
