Received a text to book a service for a key fab & were told it would be a 6 hour wait. Finally get a call that there is no key fab for our car & they don't know why we brought the car in. Did receive a text immediately after drop off from the sales team wanting to buy our car so not sure if that was their way of getting us in the door. Completely wasted our day & travel time for absolutely no reason. Did not let us know when the car was dropped off, did not call us immediately, worst service I have ever seen. We didn't buy the car from Modesto because they did not seem to care to want to help us & now I see the service dept is not much different.

Today Tony Pereira in the service dept gave us an instructional hour long description of all the buttons in our new RAV 4 XEL. We bought the new RAV elsewhere but had never received much information on any of the buttons, Toyota app had not been set up. Thank you to Tony for calling me back, making an appointment for us and taking the time to explain things to us. There were buttons I didn't even know we had! He gave us his cell # in case we had other questions in the future. It was a lot to learn, so we may be calling him back. Thank you Tony for your excellent customer service. Donna Lugo

I made an appointment for a regular oil change I advised them over the phone what my miles were however when I showed up for the appointment they wanted to charge me $199. Because the miles had gone over by 50 miles this was supposed to be a free with my purchase. They don’t honor what they promise. Stay away!!!

Servicing your vehicle here is way too expensive. They will overcharge you on every little bit of maintenance that they can try to swindle you into purchasing. Some of the maintenance I requested wasn't even completed, which nobody at the dealership told me about face to face. I had to read the 7-page service report to find that out. I will never take my car back here again. It is a scam and you can get everything they offer done for a third of the price with any independent mechanic.

The service department at Stevens Creek is absolutely wonderful. They recently repaired my Corolla Cross, which had an issue due to faulty service at a different dealership. Everyone at Stevens Creek was professional and helpful, they communicated with me at every step and they ensured that the other dealership covered the costs of the repairs. I cannot thank them enough for all they did to make a difficult situation better. Everyone was great, but special thanks to Makan Ardalani and Adam Esquivel who really went above and beyond to help me.
