I have been taking my two Lexus cars to this dealership for the past 4 years. Lilly always took take care of my cars. I tell the truth, she was always honest with me. They are way cheaper than the Lexus dealership. To be honest its not about the money but its about customer service and care she provides. I must also mention Bill the head technician. Bill is very knowledgeable he always works on my cars, from break jobs to transmission diagnosis, He knows it all. And answers all my questions. Thank you for your exceptional service. And that is why I always come back.

A few weeks agony 73 year old mother was coming down from Central California for my cousin"s wedding in Santa Monica and she received alerts on her Prius while traveling over the Grapevine and was terrified. Since she had together back to the CentralValley to teach on Monday she was so nervous her car wouldn't work. I called a number of Toyota localities while she was stuck in L.A. traffic and I first called Cabe Toyota and received incredible information and support fro Daniel. I then called other locations and did not receive the same support or compassion at all.I called Cabe back and we were able to get her car theremin time that evening for them to look at it first thing in the morning. They did everything they could to fit her in given the circumstances. Daniel and his colleague Phil were able to get everything fixed at a a fair and accurate rate and the entire team there was incredibly helpful and kind.I would only recommend family go there in the Long Beach or SoCall area.Don't take them for granted . They are the best!

Even though I arrived an hour early, my car was taken in and I waited only 1 hour--I left at the same time I should have arrived. Service was efficient. I liked the fact that the service representative told me personally that I did not need anything extra--which also would mean that she would have told me if I needed to have something more done to my car. I am very satisfied.
