Took my car in for its regular maintenance and was in and out in under an hour. The staff at the dealership is top-notch. When I brought my Subaru here it was the only dealership that treated me like a person instead of a sale. This is the best dealership I've dealt with in the antelope valley.

I never knew a car dealership could be like this! Fremont Subaru has to be the nicest, most responsive, & helpful dealerships I’ve ever encountered!! I just came back from a personalized training (set up by Subaru) to go over all the whistles & bells on my new 2025 Subaru Forester. Not only did Raby do an amazing job with the trainjng, he also gave me a $25 dollar gift card for gas!! Can you believe that!?? 🥰 They actually pay for you to get a personalized training!! How many dealerships do that? I would guess…. None! I’m so glad I bought my Subaru from Premium Subaru of Fremont! So worth the drive from San Jose!!! 🥰. Oh, also this dealership offers free maintenance for the 1st year. Don’t think the other Subaru dealerships offer this. Big shout out to both Raby & Dan for all their help with learning about my new car. Love the Subaru family!!! 😊

the service is great. only complaint is the check in area in driveway area. it it way too small, annoying to stand in the car lanes to wait for help. For as good as this dealership is overall, that area is a really poor area for customer service.

I have been driving for 62 years, have tried various dealer service centers and gone back to independents until I bought my new 2016 outback. the sales process was the best. the service center performs better than any service center, dealer or independent, I have ever encountered at a fair price. (fair price considering that all OEM parts are overpriced). even the waiting room is pleasant.

Although Putnam has done a good or great job for me over several years, I am discontinuing my relationship with them immediately. They have introduced that customer must pay the fee associated with using a credit card for purchase. Sorry, but that is a cost of doing business for the vendor, not the customer. I already pay significantly more to service my car at the dealership when I know full well that excellent service can be provided by independent service shops.

I recently had the worst experience with the Service Department due to the incompetence of the technicians. I am sure that the usual response will be “we’re sorry for your bad experience,” but this isn’t about apologies—it’s about doing things right. I feel compelled to recommend the Sales Department instead, as they know how to do their job properly.

Brought my car in to replace the a/c and Daniel Amaya... - David A

Brought my car in to replace the a/c and Daniel Amaya double checked it to make sure replacing the entire unit was necessary. They pointed out that it was almost time to replace the brakes, which I was already aware of, so I had that done as well since the quote was reasonable priced. He also noticed oil pooling on the top of my engine and began inspecting for a leak however the previous Subaru dealership did a sloppy job and that’s why I decided to go to Subaru Orange Coast this time. Daniel gave great service so I’ll be back!
