My assigned advisor, Rosa, was friendly, great with communication, and made sure I understood the issue clearly. When I initially dropped my Jeep off, I learned that she had been with this specific dealership/service center for less than a month. Based on my personal experience, Fresno Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is LUCKY to have her as one of their advisors.

Stephanie was great! She had me in and out for an oil change and tire rotation under an hour and 30 minutes. I asked her about a transmission fluid change and she explained the internal, process and price perfectly. This was an answer that I had been looking for from several dealers and service managers who all told me I had a sealed transmission that does not need a fluid change. She was definitely knowledgeable!

The only 'minor' issue was that my account rep ended up leaving and I didn't hear from the new one until I contacted them. But other than that minor glitch the new guy was on it and everything was done. Highly recommend. Thank you.
