e are planning on replacing or Armada soon, but NOT with any Nissan only because of the dealership - no because of the how the SUV performed. It is a great family truck but bringing it to Redding Nissan we had very bad experiences!!! Recently we brought it for just oil change and tire rotation, they DID NOT rotate the tires even though we asked and its time and of course we will pay - service said they did measurements and it does not need rotation ! We put over 6k miles on it since the last rotation. #2 I brought it in before for oil change, I was told I need the brake worked on right away and would cost me over $400, I brought it to Les Schwab instead and I was told It was still good, so I came back later and asked for the service manager who said it was not checked closely and was just eye balled and he asked for a written explanation from the mechanic who looked at it. #3 Our heater/aircon was working but the air was always on full blast and we can't regulate it, brought it to Nissan and we were told we need over $2k to replace the whole system, well it was working so we thought just wait until we can pay for it. We brought it back after a year,a different mechanic looked at it and we only paid $150 to fix it! All that and the people in service are just plain unfriendly.
