My Nissan Leaf was totally dead this morning. Tried everything the owner's manual suggested. I finally called North Bay Nissan service dept (which is where I take the car for service). They stated that the car needed to be towed (25 miles) to their location so that it can be re-programed. AAA responded and advised that the 12 volt battery needed to be replaced. Bad and lazy advice from North Bay Nissan service representative.

TERRIBLE SERVICE - cheech

My salesman Emilio sold my car to me back in 2015, the entire process was fine. However, the spare key they gave me doesn't work at all! So today, I accidentally locked my key in the car and called pacific Nissan to see if they can do anything for me. Emilio said that they can have service sent out to me for 84 bucks which is ridiculous. I wouldn't be complaining if my spare worked. The least they could have done was waive the fees for me and help me out when I was stranded all because my spare didn't work. At that point I had to use my cousin's triple A to help me out. Thanks Pacific Nissan for nothing! Also, I wouldn't recommend this place to buy a car either, everyone looks coked out.

I got my engine replaced here at Perez Auto & Truck Repair They did a wonderful job, and I got a great deal on it. Very inexpensive service fees, for really good work. I will definitely be back if I need more work done to my car.

I took my car for ABS recall to replace the part. The car had nothing wrong with it. After few days the brake light came on. Upon checking, the brake fluid was low. I filled it up. I just hope that they just forgot to refill the brake fluid (which is very unprofessional) and I hope that they did not screw up something else....

He let me know the car was still under warranty, he took the car, gave us a rental while the car was being fixed . Because he is so knowledgeable about his job there was no hassle and he was able to remove my anxiety. When we got our car back it had been detailed inside and out; it was like having a new car. Thank you very much for your good service that you have provided on my Mercedes. I took my Mercedes 2004 CLK320 to a dealer for Mercedes repair, but decided to get a second opinion before getting the work done. That's when I went to see Mercedes Autotech. I was glad I did because not only did I save a lot of money, but I found that Mercedes Autotech explained to me in detail. It turns out I didn't need all the parts the other dealer were saying I needed, so I saved a lot of $. Mercedes Autotech is a real pro. they have my trust and I feel completely safe taking my Mercedes to Autotech. Thanks.

I have been to this service department before in the past and was unwilling to go back, I received a coupon to have my vehicle serviced in the mail and figured I would try it again. When I arrived I was greeted and attended to promptly by the new Service Manager, Darren. He got my serviced and washed quickly while I waited. This dept. does not look the same at all since I was in the last time. The service here has turned around completely and I will definitely be back!

I was recommended from Mercedes of Calabasas to have my car worked on around the end of December 2011. My Mercedes E350 is my baby and I am very particular about who touches it. When I was recommended to AW Collision, I was informed that they were the authorized body shop for the dealership so I felt secure about it. When I arrived, I was greeted quickly and Jeff was there right away to help me and he looked over my car and was very honest (I would be needing work on the back corner of my car). I asked a few questions and they called Enterprise for me. I was in a rush because I was on my work break and they did everything possible to help me get back to work. What I loved about this shop (as opposed to others I have dealt with) is that they called me on a regular basis so I never had to wonder or worry about my car. The repair took about 2 weeks and when it was done, I returned to the shop, picked up my car, and have been very happy since. You would never even know I was in an accident.

I took my carfor service since my usual dealer closed & I went here. They were great especially Jack he was honest & very thorough in explaining the work that had to be done. What brought me there is the price, they have the lowest labor rate around but their great service is what will keep me.
