I recently had my lease in the shop for 3 weeks following an accident. From start to finish, Cesar Rosales and Nick Xenos at Autonation Collision Center stayed on top of every detail. Initial contact was with Cesar: he squeezed me in, so I brought my car to him the same day I called. He provided a ballpark assessment and handled all the details with the insurance appraiser/claims department. Then, Nick Xenos and his team started on the body work quickly. Both of them kept me fully apprised every couple of days. In the end, the team delivered ahead of schedule and wow, my car looks amazing again! What a pleasure to witness customer service, professionalism, and pride of work at the highest caliber! This crew is doing things right! Thank you for a stellar experience.

Back in 2021 I bought a 2020 Ford Escape from North Bay - Beaker

Back in 2021 I bought a 2020 Ford Escape from North Bay Ford and I also got a maintenance contract with them about six months later I moved out of Santa Cruz to Brentwood but I still kept coming to North Bay for my service because they're service department was great and it was worth the time and drive to have only North Bay work on my car. Well about six months ago it seemed that the service I was receiving had changed and I was looking at moving to another dealership, that's when I met Mike (MC) and I explained my dissatisfaction in the service and recalls on my car and he said that he would get my issues resolved and I have to say he more than lived up to hie word. Mike took care of the service on my car in scheduling, parts, on time completion, overall professionalism with a friendly and helpful demeaner. Mike really took care of my car in regards to a recall on the doors and I am beyond impressed and thankful for Mike being the one that took care of my needs, I have to admit I probably wasn't the nicest person to deal with at the time he started taking care of my needs in regards to my car, however Mike changed my mind about changing dealerships I am happily going to keep bringing my car to North Bay Ford because I know that Mike and the rest of North Bay Ford have my best interests in mind. Ronnie O is the guy you wanna see. Ive been coming here for over 6 years and every guy thats helped me has been great. Ronnie however had extraordinary enthusiasm and delight in getting me situated with my airbag problem as well as communicating with me when my car was ready. Additionally, he went above an beyond by showing me the closest spot i could get a quote on my car damage given that they could not at their site. I have no doubt Ronnie can brighten anyone’s day in less than a minute with the enthusiasm he exudes at work. You can just tell through his voice, smile and energy that not only does he love ford very much, but he also loves helping people and getting them taken care of in the best way. This guy deserves a raise!

Brought 2024 Maverick XLT Hybrid for first oil service. The service consultant (can’t remember his name), very helpful and made the visit a nice one. I will definitely consider returning. But, since I purchased the vehicle in Thousand Oak which included oils service package for life, it did not show up at Envision. Called Thousand Oaks and was told I had to bring it to them in order for the service to be performed at no cost. Anyway, I paid for the service at Envision and will deal with Thousand Oaks at a later date.

Thank you to my service advisor Christian for going above and beyond to assist in resolving the issue I had with my wheel locks. Unfortunately, few weeks ago I went to Star Ford Lincoln for an oil change. That day Seta Alexanian helped me with my service and unluckily whoever worked on my vehicle that day they forgot to put back my wheel lock back. It’s a service advisor’s job to check on everything before my vehicle comes out from the shop. However, Seta didn’t even care to check and that day without me knowing I went home without my wheel lock. Few weeks later I went back because I had a flat tire and I wanted to see if they can help me with that but unfortunately they figured out that my wheel lock was missing. Thank God Christian helped me that day and he called Seta to ask her one simple question. If she knew anything about my missing lock since she helped me last time. In front of me she gives him this ugly attitude and not even a single apology to me, she walks away. To be honest, I am really disgusted from her attitude and not satisfied with her customer service at all. I really hate to mention her name but I have to because no one deserves to be treated with a nasty attitude and I hope people read my review and never ask for her help at Star Ford Lincoln. Whoever goes to Star Ford Lincoln I recommend asking for Christian or any other service advisor. Thank you to Christian for his grate customer service, and ordering me a new set of wheel locks.
