A very easy and professional experience waiting for my car to be serviced. It was not a difficult time at all!

I bought a lexus tire protection warranty in 2022, because they scammed me by telling me that all I had to have was my tire thread at 4/32 and tell their service tech that I had a nail in my tires and the warranty would cover it. When I took my car for service the Service rep Tony said that he cannot do that because that would cause the third party that is in charge of the warranty ask for pictures and proof, or even sent an Investigator to them. So they where not concern about their practices, Tony was more concerned about getting caught scamming the warranty they sold me by scamming me and lying to me. Tony then told me I could put a nail in one tire at a time in a 30 day time frame so it would not raise suspicion and they wouldn't have to send proof. When j spoke with Tony's supervisor she said we can try that but if the Warranty department asked for proof I could still end up paying for the tires. Why is this dealership allowed to operate with such dishonest practices. They are robbing me 2 ways, one by charging me for the warranty and the other by telling me it's covered by Warranty when it's not they are just scamming you. Don't do buissness with these crooks and thiefs.

I bought a 2006 Pontiac Solstice at this dealership. I have had problems with the car with noise in the wheels, the cd player stopped working, the cup holder broke, the top was defective. I took the car in for the noise in the wheels three times and I actually got in an accident and GM has decided it was not their fault. I did not hit anything my car just lost control. I took in the car for the top like 3 times also. First they added a pad then they replaced the whole top then the hinges were malfunctioning. Today 2 years after my car 5 months after the accident the top is still leaking when it rains. The pinion is leaking also. I'm like I want a new car! I bought this car here at this dealer! They said we can give you GM's 800 number. I took it to GM. I tried to get a lawyer to fight this for me but since I have to bodily injury they don't see it worth their time. I'm left with GM the dealer and my insurance. I hope people learn from this. DONT BUY GM(AMERICAN) BUY FOREIGN!!!!

Horrible customer service - RG Fontaine

I called three times asking about a pre-owned Porsche. My questions were incredibly basic, such as: May I please see the original window sticker or build sheet? Each time, I was promised someone would get back to me within a short period of time. That was over two weeks ago now. I gave up and the car continues to sit on their lot (where it has been for quite some time). Incredibly poor customer service and horrible business management.
