I recently had my lease in the shop for 3 weeks following an accident. From start to finish, Cesar Rosales and Nick Xenos at Autonation Collision Center stayed on top of every detail. Initial contact was with Cesar: he squeezed me in, so I brought my car to him the same day I called. He provided a ballpark assessment and handled all the details with the insurance appraiser/claims department. Then, Nick Xenos and his team started on the body work quickly. Both of them kept me fully apprised every couple of days. In the end, the team delivered ahead of schedule and wow, my car looks amazing again! What a pleasure to witness customer service, professionalism, and pride of work at the highest caliber! This crew is doing things right! Thank you for a stellar experience.

I was in a pinch and needed some work done and I found automation so I decided to try it out. I was very impressed with how easy it was to set up an appointment that worked with my schedule and my location. The Tech who came out was there in the time frame and made the process very easy and stress free, I was kept updated about what needed to be done and the best part was pricing! I would highly recommend using this service! With how cost efficient the services are compared to dealers it’s definitely helpful when on a budget and ther service was great! My car is running back to normal and it was such a stress free process. Definitely will recommend to friends and family and will personally use them again.

My last visit to Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was about a year and a half ago, and the service was terrible. I needed service to my Jeep, so I took it in last week, and I got to tell you their service now is impeccable. I found out that they revamped the management around that time, a year and a half ago or so. Honestly, what a blessing, to experience 100% customer service. It's a nice feeling to have a dealership that goes out of their way for the customer, and excellent customer service. If you didn't have a good experience with them in the past, give them another chance, I don't think it'll be disappointing. Alex took good care of me, and my Jeep. I have been coming in to I10 for years. Josh has always been great. Yesterday went in and there is a completely new crew. New Service Manager seems to be fixing things there. all the people I had issues with are gone. for the first time I was offered water and was in and out in an hour. I hope the new manager stays and fixes things. I have lifetime warranty and Know about the hassle to get things done. It's not the dealer, is Dodge fault. Dodge should do something about it.

I had a battery problem 18 months ago and my Ram Limited had to be towed in as the trucks gets popping sounds and a light show on the dashboard.. Original I paid a fortune for the diagnostics and $250 for a Battery. I had to fight to get the diagnostic $ back of which I did. I asked Jim to do the battery check first as the last time was same situation. So I was actually surprised that my truck was ready and washed. Thank you Jim !
