I came for an oil change and tire rotation initially. After further inspection of my car, rear struts needed to be replaced and drive belt was cracked. I approved the services and was able to get out within 3 hours. Freddi was a great service advisor and I would recommend him to anyone. Been getting my car serviced since 2012. Thanks!

They kept my car for 3 months for a repair that should have taken 3 weeks. Worst part Brian and office manager don’t return phone calls and when you do get them on the phone they can’t give you any time frame on your car. They blame my insurance company or the Mercedes dealership for the delays. Offered me a $500 rebate after the fact but I would have to sign to not disparage them in any way. I told them no way I would not give them a review. Stay away from these people. They don’t care!

After hours phone system leaves much to be desired. Needed to verify an early morning service appointment. Didn't receive text update so needed to call dealership but was too late to reach anyone. Apparently weekday service hours end at 6pm and not 7pm or 8pm as shown online. Understandable that such information may be out of date due to COVID impacts. However, after hours phone system is a mess. Doesn't provide service hours and line/extension transfers are dropped. No indication that anyone is paying attention to the functionality of this system. What the heck!

This is THE place you want to take your bmw (or Mercedes) if you live in SD and are either out of warranty or doing aftermarket modifications. I’ve come here about fifteen times in the past 7 years for multiple cars and they are simple the best in SD. I’ve tried all the shops, and none can compare. Shane is an honest guy he runs this place with integrity and he can diagnose things in minutes that takes others hours or even days! Definitely where you want to take your car.

These guys don't sell cars they repair cars for other dealerships in the area. So if a Range Rover dealer gets a Porsche trade in with problems they send it to exclusive motors for repair since they Land Rover dealers don't work on other brands. I am not sure how many brands Exclusive Motors are dealer capable. But you see lots of European new cars on their lot. Remember they don't sell they repair

I had battery issues in inclement weather on my way to Salinas to meet with a funeral home there to finalize arrangements for my loved one on December 6th. Stopping for gas at Costco, it took 15 minutes to restart my car from the pump. I directly drove to the dealership and was told there would be a 3-4 hour wait to be seen without an appointment, which would have caused me to miss the funeral home appointment. Rescheduling would have been difficult and my hotel lodging was non-fundable. Erynn Thurmond and Ku Lee were very kind and empathetic to my situation and replaced my battery in under an hour so I wouldn’t miss my appointment. I think these employees went above and beyond to help and support me during my sad time of loss. I am very thankful for their kindness and assistance.

Amazing service! My wife suggested I try Hansel Honda after a bad experience at Manly Honda. I brought my car in for them to inspect and repair my A/C. They were fast, friendly, and efficient! They even waived the inspection fee to make up for my lousy experience at Manly Honda! Highly recommend! They really show that they want your business! Customer service was unlike anything I've experienced elsewhere! They're getting all of my business from now on.

I don’t often write reviews …but felt that my recent experience at Hoehn Honda in Carlsbad deserved a shout out. Service Advisor, Jim Malandra, took a frustrating issue with my blue tooth phone connection and went above and beyond researching a solution and orchestrating the fix.  He also followed up several days later to ensure the issue was resolved and I was completely satisfied.  Jim’s attention to detail and amazing follow-up are a rare thing these days.  Honda is very fortunate to have such a professional yet caring and personable employee.
