I took my Accord to Primo for a routine maintenance and oil change. Immediately after the service, my gas mileage went down about 20%. I brought this to the attention of the Primo service manager. He completely blew me off. After about 3500 miles, I performed my own oil change, oil filter change, and air filter change. I was aghast when I saw the filth of the air filter which was obviously never touched. After performing my own service on the car, my gas mileage returned back up 20% to its normal. When I tried to bring this matter up with the Primo General Manager, I was told that there currently is no General Manager. If you go to Primo Honda you are playing with fire.

Thank you very much for your good service that you have provided on my Mercedes. I took my Mercedes 2004 CLK320 to a dealer for Mercedes repair, but decided to get a second opinion before getting the work done. That's when I went to see Mercedes Autotech. I was glad I did because not only did I save a lot of money, but I found that Mercedes Autotech explained to me in detail. It turns out I didn't need all the parts the other dealer were saying I needed, so I saved a lot of $. Mercedes Autotech is a real pro. they have my trust and I feel completely safe taking my Mercedes to Autotech. Thanks.

I was recommended from Mercedes of Calabasas to have my car worked on around the end of December 2011. My Mercedes E350 is my baby and I am very particular about who touches it. When I was recommended to AW Collision, I was informed that they were the authorized body shop for the dealership so I felt secure about it. When I arrived, I was greeted quickly and Jeff was there right away to help me and he looked over my car and was very honest (I would be needing work on the back corner of my car). I asked a few questions and they called Enterprise for me. I was in a rush because I was on my work break and they did everything possible to help me get back to work. What I loved about this shop (as opposed to others I have dealt with) is that they called me on a regular basis so I never had to wonder or worry about my car. The repair took about 2 weeks and when it was done, I returned to the shop, picked up my car, and have been very happy since. You would never even know I was in an accident.

My car has been serviced from them since I bought it about five months ago.. the other day my car started acting weird and wouldn’t drive anymore, But to my surprise this beautiful young lady from rocket town came to my rescue, Even on her day off she took the time out to come and help me and she went thru great lengths to fulfill my needs so that my vehicle could be back on the road again, Melody Cruz is one of the greatest woman I know from rocket town Honda , She took her personal time and effort and went completely above and beyond,, she made sure my parts were in on a timely manner and never once did she miss a smile while doing her job, her hard working service people made sure my car was equipped with the proper maintenance and service, this gentleman put all his other work aside and made sure my vehicle was in running condition even though I wasn’t lol, so I want to give a big shot out to the mechanic specialist who helped melody Cruz, thank you Andy for always working hard and listening to your customers…. 5 Star rating all the way for these guys. First did business with them in 2008 when I brought my new Audi S8 to them for some work and was impressed then. Have been on the East Coast for the past few years and recently returned and brought a couple more of my Audi's to them for various projects, one being the performance chip upgrade for my "NY City Car" an Allroad quattro and again, I walk away totally impressed and fortunate to have connected with a company such as this. Highly recommended for any number of performance products and/or services for your car- They are enthusiasts, and know what they're talking about and care about the quality of their work all the while charging reasonable prices- Definitely a needle in the proverbial haystack in my opinion. If all businesses were like this, we wouldn't need sites like this to report our experiences with businesses because everyone would be happy all the time! OK, so maybe that's an over-simplification, but so many times we take the time to complain about poor service, poor customer service or inferior products, and it is truly refreshing to be able to commend an organization such as this for doing a great job.

Do not bring your car to get serviced here. I bought a brand new car from another dealer and then moved so I decided to get my car serviced at Serramonte Nissan because of its "Award of Excellence." My driver's side window stopped working 1 month after I bought my car. I took it to Serramonte Nissan 4 times to fix the problem and each time they created a new problem (such as breaking interior molding) without fixing the window. The employees are rude and the staff is constantly turning over (I dealt with three different service advisors during a 2 month period, all of which were either fired or quit during that time). The mechanics are also incompetent since they failed to find the root cause of my broken window after three tries. Do yourself a favor and take your Nissan somewhere else for your service needs.

I drive a lot of highway miles and the 2016 Honda Civic Touring I purchased new there has experienced 2 cracked windshields from rocks hitting it on the highway. With the non OEM windshields there are sensor alignment issues that most glass installers cannot fix. The Service department has been able to handle this quickly and the price is fair considering the cost of an OEM windshield which costs 2X. In my 3 years of routine service visits, all of the Staff members have been courteous and helpful.
