I have been bringing my Cadillac to Epic service center - JGSTEELMAN

I have been bringing my Cadillac to Epic service center since 2021. Convenient to schedule maintenance. My vehicle notifies me through the my Cadillac app and allows me to make appointment online. My Service manager Joe helped me navigate what I needed for my 45000 mile service as to avoid duplicating what had already been completed. Joe informed me of a Wire that had damage found during inspection. Work completed and picked up my vehicle washed and vacuumed.

I had an APPOINTMENT for 10am. When I came to pick up my truck at 5pm it hadn't even been touched!!! Not a single person had looked at it since it was moved from the check in area to where ever it is that you take them from there. Not a single solitary mechanic person touched or looked at my truck that I had an APPOINTMENT for!!!! What is the point of making appointments for vehicles if your people aren't even going to touch them. I literally wasted an entire day off without my truck when I could have been getting my errands done. I was told that too many appointments were made that day, that they were over booked. I was also told that the over booking of service appointments was done at the direction of management, the thinking being that the more service appointments the more $$$ they can make and the better their service numbers will look. Well I can tell you right now, that me wasting a day when my truck wasn't even LOOKED AT only made me extremely mad and I will NOT be bringing my truck back. I had it repaired else where. So really all you did was loose $$ and I am sure I was not the only vehicle that sat all day with nothing done to it. (as I was told that i was the 3rd person that day that didn't get their vehicle looked at) Don't make appointments that you can't accommodate!!!

He went above and beyond the call to keep me informed of costs and coupons, any understood that it was going to take a couple of days to pay for the repairs. I drove about one and a half hours to Able Chevrolet to address some issues with my Corvette. Some members of my local Corvette club recommended them. I’m glad they did as I had a very good experience. Totally worth the drive. They installed some aftermarket brake pads for me. Also diagnosed and repaired two other issues that my local dealer just brushed off. I’m way happier with my car now. Also they knew that I would be waiting at their location for the work to be done. They completed their work in less than three hours. I will only bring my car to Able from now on. Thanks to Able Chevrolet service department.
