I did not catch his last name but J.R. in service was very helpful, courteous, friendly and took care of my needs as well as offering me a 3 oil change special for my Duramax which will save me a tremendous amount of money down the road. Everybody I ran into while at the dealership was very friendly. A female employee even opened the door for me! I have already recommended this dealership to friends and family and I will bring my truck back for all of its service needs in the future.

All I can say is I can't be more pleased with the customer service and work done at Woodland Motors. Richard in the service department, contacted me to let me know why my vehicle was having issues as well as what my warranty would cover. My vehicle was done in a timely manner. Then he took the time to go over the work invoice and answer any questions. This was the complete opposite experience I had with the Kuni Chevrolet service department. I went there first with the same issues. They did not submit the complete job to see what my warranty would cover. I was just told that the job was denied but was not given a reason. Then they told me I needed more than $3000 worth of work and seemed to be upset when I took my car home. I'm glad I decided to take my car to Woodland Motors to get a second opinion. Not only did they fix the issues I brought it in for, they submitted the complete job and found out the warranty would pay for 75% of the job. None of the issues that Kuni alleged were found by Woodland Motors. I left Woodland Motors paying around $600 which $200 of that was the deductible for the warranty. The other were things that were not covered as I had a limited warranty. Woodland Motors service department took care of the issue, saved me money and Richard gave me exceptional customer service. I'll never go to Kuni or recommend anyone to Kuni Chevrolet again. Because of Richard in the service department at Woodland Motors, they have my trust and a customer for life. Give them a try, it's worth the drive.

Regarding service, yes, well done the jobs, besides did the designated service, also included free tire air pressure inflation and free multi checking on my car, very good service!!

Jeff and the Team at Paradise Chevrolet were great. I was scheduled for a routine maintenance service, but we added some minor things to the service queue. Jeff told me up front it would take a little extra time, but they were able to handle it in a timely manner. I waited at the dealership and enjoyed looking at other vehicles since my son is in the market for a Colorado or Canyon truck. I've been coming to Paradise for 25+ years and have no reason to change as I do have many other choices based on where I work/travel. Paradise Chevrolet, Jeff Hunt and the Service Team are AWESOME!! North County GMC has had my van for 10 weeks with no - Greg.warden

North County GMC has had my van for 10 weeks with no resolution. They damaged the vehicle’s wiring and still haven’t repaired the cluster unit. When I came to pick it up after 7 weeks, the battery was dead, the vehicle wouldn’t start, and wiring for multiple electrical components was hanging out from under the dash and around the vehicle — with no explanation from the service writer. I’ve had to initiate every contact myself, as they’ve provided no updates. I raised all of this with the service writer and general manager over a week ago, but still no response or resolution. This van is a daily driver for our family, and their lack of communication and accountability is beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable.
