I recently had my lease in the shop for 3 weeks following an accident. From start to finish, Cesar Rosales and Nick Xenos at Autonation Collision Center stayed on top of every detail. Initial contact was with Cesar: he squeezed me in, so I brought my car to him the same day I called. He provided a ballpark assessment and handled all the details with the insurance appraiser/claims department. Then, Nick Xenos and his team started on the body work quickly. Both of them kept me fully apprised every couple of days. In the end, the team delivered ahead of schedule and wow, my car looks amazing again! What a pleasure to witness customer service, professionalism, and pride of work at the highest caliber! This crew is doing things right! Thank you for a stellar experience.

Everybody I ran into while at the dealership was very friendly. A female employee even opened the door for me! The best dealership experience I've ever had, and I've been around a while. It was a Friday and I was just passing through from out of state. My check engine light came on that morning. Long story short, I pulled into the service Lane and was told that they didn't have that rare part in stock and that they were sure they'd be able to fix my truck on Monday. I told (I think it was Jerry) that I was from out of state and I'd have nowhere to stay through the weekend. He said he'd do what he could. I got a call that he found the part in Sacramento and that if his mechanic would work on Saturday, I could get it back then. I got another call about 2:30 that my truck was ready. UN xxxxxx BELIEVABLE!!!!

All I can say is I can't be more pleased with the customer service and work done at Woodland Motors. Richard in the service department, contacted me to let me know why my vehicle was having issues as well as what my warranty would cover. My vehicle was done in a timely manner. Then he took the time to go over the work invoice and answer any questions. This was the complete opposite experience I had with the Kuni Chevrolet service department. I went there first with the same issues. They did not submit the complete job to see what my warranty would cover. I was just told that the job was denied but was not given a reason. Then they told me I needed more than $3000 worth of work and seemed to be upset when I took my car home. I'm glad I decided to take my car to Woodland Motors to get a second opinion. Not only did they fix the issues I brought it in for, they submitted the complete job and found out the warranty would pay for 75% of the job. None of the issues that Kuni alleged were found by Woodland Motors. I left Woodland Motors paying around $600 which $200 of that was the deductible for the warranty. The other were things that were not covered as I had a limited warranty. Woodland Motors service department took care of the issue, saved me money and Richard gave me exceptional customer service. I'll never go to Kuni or recommend anyone to Kuni Chevrolet again. Because of Richard in the service department at Woodland Motors, they have my trust and a customer for life. Give them a try, it's worth the drive.

Jeff, my service rep, was very cordial and professional, no complaints about any persons there, - that was a good experience. My concern is the labor cost me $1,180 and nowhere can I find how many hours of labor were involved for any of the items that were addressed. There is nothing showing x-number of hours X the hourly rate for any component of work done. I have no idea of what you charged me per hour, but I think it was around $78/hr. That equates to 15 hours of work and I think about half-to-two thirds that amount of time is more accurate. Also, I needed a new plastic part for my driver's arm rest support; $940 for parts and labor, how can that be? I opted not to fix that item and I'll find a different means of addressing it.

I was in for service recently to get an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. My appointment was at 11:00. I arrived at 10:45 and didn't leave until 2:45. The service staff have a lackadaisical attitude and spent their time throwing things at each other and texting while I stood waiting for assistance. Throughout the four hours I waited, nobody seemed to act with any urgency. When I received my car, I was advised that several alignment values that were out of spec, but the machine just generates them that way. My car pulled to the left when I arrived, and pulled to the left when I drove a way. I have called the service writer five times, received one call back and no resolution to the issue. I called the service manager and have yet to receive a call back. Again, it's been two weeks and there has been no effort to contact me, pick up my vehicle and make things right, so the lack of urgency or concern is obvious. To be fair, my previous visits were not like this. I have always been taken care of and felt confident in the service provided. Now however, I'm not sure I will ever go back.
