I was in for service recently to get an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. My appointment was at 11:00. I arrived at 10:45 and didn't leave until 2:45. The service staff have a lackadaisical attitude and spent their time throwing things at each other and texting while I stood waiting for assistance. Throughout the four hours I waited, nobody seemed to act with any urgency. When I received my car, I was advised that several alignment values that were out of spec, but the machine just generates them that way. My car pulled to the left when I arrived, and pulled to the left when I drove a way. I have called the service writer five times, received one call back and no resolution to the issue. I called the service manager and have yet to receive a call back. Again, it's been two weeks and there has been no effort to contact me, pick up my vehicle and make things right, so the lack of urgency or concern is obvious. To be fair, my previous visits were not like this. I have always been taken care of and felt confident in the service provided. Now however, I'm not sure I will ever go back.
