Speedy service! The technician was very nice and knowledgeable, He didn't try to upsell me on other work in fact there was nothing wrong with the car, it was the key fob that was causing the problem. He checked everything, all hoses, fluids, tires, everything, and my car got a clean bill of health! I will use them again and recommend them to everyone!

She identified issues that should have been caught by previous techs, which makes me concerned about the quality of previous work. I had problems in the same system for almost a year now. And, I've spent lots of money for you to make the repairs. Now I'm feeling like the problem is solved.

Absolutely the worst post-sale support. They forced me to buy OPTIONAL components explaining that they had been pre-installed and hence not optional. Most importantly, they NEVER provided activation code for location device (one of the "options") which now almost a year later I am still trying to get. While the car is great, I see no reason for anybody not to go to the Glendale or Santa Monica locations where they care about their customers. 04/17/2024 - MAJOR UPDATE. What a difference a new management makes! In my original review I rated them with 1 star, as the previous management and sales staff were not good. That said, with Mark Thomas, as a new GM, everything turned completely around: I got the best complimentary first year service along with the royal treatment. Today I also got my long-fought for refund for the tracking device which was shoved down my throat by previous management. Mark being extremely busy was very responsive and understanding. Also I would like to acknowledge Nevaline from Finance who cut me a refund check and also offered help if I needed anything. Now I can only hope that the new car will turn out to be as good as their new management!

I can honestly say that my experience at this dealership had to be the worse I’ve ever experienced. From the customer service to the craftsmanship of the mechanics. I took it to a different Alfa Romeo dealership and they informed me that whoever worked on my car last had left lose screws and bolts on the engine which is extremely worrisome and unexpected given that this dealership was the last one that had touched my car to replace the turbo. When I picked up my Stelvio when it was finally done I found grease stains on the inside upholstery of the car. Very unprofessional and sloppy work and just a few of the things that you most definitely don’t find at a quality dealership or any dealership for that matter. Carrying the name Alfa Romeo should mean more than the work the employees do at this dealership. Very disappointing and I will most definitely not recommend coming this place. I just can’t seem to understand how anyone can hand a vehicle back to the customer in those conditions. It’s a shame.

Definitely stay away, they don't really guarantee their work like advertised and they make sure there's no paper trail on important work, so you can't verify if an issue comes up down the road. They had me pay out of pocket for something that should have been covered and then wouldn't guarantee it 4 months later when there was a problem with it. I got taken advantage of twice, I feel so stupid for going back! Stay away and don't get upsold and lied to, spend your money somewhere honest and get treated like a valued consumer instead of a piece of cattle!

Great service department personnel (specially Paul). Very understanding and accommodating. Leased two cars both had to go for repairs two months in, but that’s the manufacturer issue. Got loaners and regular updates as to the status.

The Alfa Romeo dealership is called K&S Alfa Romeo at 4525 Convoy St, San Diego, CA 92111 (the corner of Convoy and Balboa) This review is based on service I received on 4/11/2022. I made an appointment to have them look at the center control knob that was not working correctly. I could not select options on the main infotainment screen. I purchased my 2019 Giulia from a dealership up in Los Angeles with only 20k on the odometer. I was greeted kindly by one of the service advisor Francisco ("Frankie"). Explained to him the issue was a able to write up the repair order. He then showed me around the dealership as to the waiting area, coffee and the name of their WIFI. I explained to him the I would wait until they had a diagnosis and then determine transportation arrangements back home if my vehicle had to remain at the dealership for an extended time. The good new was that the part was going to be replaced under warranty and that the part was in stock. They also noticed that the main infotainment screen was delaminating and wold also be replaced under warranty. He informed me it would only take about an hour and I am so pleased about the service I received at this dealership.
